Lake Havasu

Check in process very easy as far as the house and all its amenities. Very nice house very nice kitchen, living room, and bedrooms and bathrooms and downside was security cameras in backyard which my family felt uncomfortable to relax and knowing that constant surveillance being done, I understand security cameras in front and side but the back yard where you want to relax was too invasive. The other bad thing was inconveniencing without a garage to park your car outside of the heat if you wanted to because the garage was not available. The other bad thing was the owners indicated to make sure we keep the driveway clear for them to bring their boat back in on Friday, which was another inconvenience. So, even though the Houston area was very nice, I would not stay there again me personally because I go there to relax and get away not to be bother to disturb or help my family feel uncomfortable.

Fabulous home with lot's of room and fun spaces

We are a group of older friends looking for a nice place to relax and reminisce. The house is located in a nice neighborhood to the north of the downtown area. The large spaces made it feel like we all had room. The backyard area was one of our favorites with a patio area with a large table, counter top and sink as well as a TV. Shades go down to help with the sun. Beyond that is a pool and hot tub area that affords a slight view of the Colorado River. In the evening the area lights up goving it a party atmosphere. We loved this area as it had shaded tables, loungers and more. Inside the kitchen was large and we all enjoyed the large "island" for cooking and talking. Many spices, oils and cooking helpers were in the cabinets which made things so much easier. Overall this was one of the best properties I have rented. Communication with the owner was fast and reliable via text.

Beautiful Home in Lake Havasu

The property was very clean and well maintained. The home was well furnished and a great layout for three couples vacationing in Lake Havasu. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space around the patio and pool. The communication was excellent and host very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend this property. Perfect getaway!

I am almost afraid to leave this review because I am afraid the house will be booked in the future and we won’t be able to stay again.!! HAHA This property is FANTASTIC! The reservation process was seamless. I reached out to the owner ahead of our trip for some additional information and she was very responsive. Once we arrived at the property, everything was better than expected! The house itself is beautiful. It is a perfect floor plan for larger families or for those traveling with multiple families as there is plenty of space for everyone. There is plenty of seating for dining or relaxation. The outdoor amenities were great - outdoor Jenga, bean bag toss, TV, fireplace, grill, and not to mention the pool! For an additional fee, we were able to have it heated which was a nice-to-have since the weather was only moderately warm. Inside, the kitchen was well appointed and had everything we could need. The bathrooms each came stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and Neutrogena shower gel. My kids loved the “fancy” showers since they had the rain shower heads and jets. Very relaxing! The beds were comfortable and the house came stocked with lots of family board games. I can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was! I reached out to the owner a handful of times while we were there (sometimes just to tell her how much fun we were having) and she always responded within minutes. Exceptional communication! I have tried to come up with just one suggestion for a better stay and I honestly can’t think of anything. We will definitely be staying again! Thank you for creating a welcoming, comfortable, relaxing getaway!

Didn’t disappoint!

Great house, great location! Worked perfectly for our large group with plenty of space in the large bunk room. Pool area was great with view of the lake! Definitely recommend!

Excellent Stay

The house is located closed to grocery store and restaurants. View of the lake are amazing. Clean and equipped with everything you can possibly think of. Jennifer answered all our questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

The photos of this house simply cannot even describe the beauty of this place. The amenities this home has to offer are plentiful, a fully stocked kitchen, lots of space/big comfy beds, and your own private oasis with a perfect view. Host was also very responsive and helpful. Hope to be back soon!

Home had everything....felt like I was home!

I've stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and have not stayed in a house more set-up than this one. We like to cook when away and always have to bring everything we need. I could've left it all at home. This home had everything. The rooms were perfectly laid out. The kitchen was spacious and easy to work in. We loved the home built king/queen bunk room (we're going to build one like it in our VRBO). I will definitely stay again. Thanks!

Nice View

Our stay was not so pleasant , cameras everywhere , garage was in the pictures on the advertisement for rental but had no access to them , Fridge was broke entire time had to use ice chest which was a huge inconvenience most of our food got water into it from ice mealtime had to spend a lot of money on ice and replacing food items ,food was on grill from previous guest. Need new house cleaning staff. The beds were cozy and nice view .
