Great location and building

Eduardo was an outstanding host. He was responsive, flexible with our arrival, and provided excellent recommendations for places to explore, dine, and enjoy during our stay.The condo was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with all the essentials we could have needed for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, towels, tote bags, and even games. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the space felt safe, quiet, and thoughtfully updated with modern finishes and appliances.One of the highlights was watching the stunning sunsets from the balcony each evening. The beach itself was clean, peaceful, and not overly crowded, with minimal interruptions from vendors, which made for a very relaxing experience.We truly had a wonderful time and would gladly stay here again. Great Vacation Spot on the Beach!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was amazing! Clean property and unit, updated and modern appliances, great location near restaurants within walking distance, and right on the beach. Communication was great and the check in / checkout process was pretty easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Just as described

The apartment is in excellent conditions and they have thought about every possible need a guest may have. The air conditioner works great. The location is fantastic and it is in an area with a very good beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

Great experience! Location to El Yunque, Bio Bay and other activities on the island was convenient. No more than an hour drive. No need to rent a car. You can taxi to Old San Juan in 20 min.

The condo and location were as described. The unit was quite nice. The level of street noise was more than the other ladies were used to at night.

Beautiful Condo unit

We were very pleased with the condo unit. It was well-equipped and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. Showers were also great. Eduardo communicated with us multiple times so I felt he was very available if needed. The beach and pool area were clean and spacious. Easy commute into old San Juan for sightseeing. Overall a very pleasant vacation and we would stay here again if we make it back!

An A+ property

The apartment was very nice, it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed plus some. It was a short walk to the beach, to restaurants, drug stores, and a 24 hour supermarket. It was an easy drive from the airport and easy entrance to the freeway. The building is situated on a busy street, but we didn't hear the traffic noise. Eduardo was a wonderful host and very prompt in his replies to questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Family vacation on the beach

From the moment we stepped into the apartment, we realized that Eduardo had covered all the details required to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. We had a terrific stay, enjoyed all the amenities and we really have no complaints at all. As for Eduardo, every request was handled quickly and efficiently. This is our first experience with VRBO in Puerto Rico and we would certainly return to another one of Eduardo's properties.

Awesome VRBO in Carolina

An amazing VRBO experience from booking to checkout. Check-in process was easy and well communicated. We were very impressed as soon as we walked in! The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and showers were great too! It was so nice to have everything we needed for the beach (beach chairs, towels, umbrella, beach bags and cooler). Short walk to the pool, beach, and restaurants Eduardo was a great communicator, letting us know of activities that were happening in the area as well as maintenance that was occurring on the property during our stay. Highly recommend staying at this property!

Absolutely Gorgeous

I have to say, this was an absolute great VRBO experience. Everything you can possibly think of needing while staying at a VRBO while visiting Puerto Rico was at your fingertips. The owners really sat down and thought out what visitors would ideally need while staying at their condo and I find that highly accommodating! The location was great and centralized; the condo was very appealing, updated, clean, and spacious; the owners ensured their guests had everything for the beach; the condo allowed for guests to continue being business like with its accommodations; and the instructions for arrival, settling in and departure was very easy to understand. We were highly impressed with the overall experience. I would highly recommend others to visit this outstanding VRBO. The Vives Family.

Relaxing Week in Puerto Rico!!!

Property is located in a very safe and beautiful area. Walk straight out back to a large pool and the amazing ocean. Many Beach chairs available in the condo or for only $4 a chair there is a company that will set you up daily with an umbrella. Plenty of vendors on the beach selling drinks to keep you cool. The inside of the condo is spotless. Cooler in the condo if you want to bring down your own drinks. Any time not spent out exploring the island will be spent in a large 3 bedroom area with a balcony with ocean views. Walgreens directly across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The owner responded quickly to all communication before and during our stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Marbella condo

Very clean and contemporary condo. Supplies like laundry detergent and kitchen supplies were appreciated. Beds were comfortable/firm. Towels were good quality. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs provided in the condo. On site security around the clock, gated access to property, pool and beach with key fobs. Felt very safe walking around the beach and neighborhood. Several solid food options within walking distance, from fast food (BK, Pizza Hut, etc) to fine dining at neighboring hotels. Walgreens very convenient as well. Parking garage has very low ceiling - our Jeep was only a couple inches from scraping on pipes and ceilings.

Exceptional VRBO Experience from Start to Finish

From the moment we booked until we checked out, our stay at this VRBO property was nothing short of exceptional. The entire process exceeded our expectations in every way. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen, equipped with everything we could possibly need. The condo provided everything we needed for our beach outings: chairs, towels, umbrellas, and even a cooler. The convenience of being just a short walk from both the pool and the beach made our days incredibly enjoyable. The on-site security and gated access provided peace of mind, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our surroundings. Eduardo's responsiveness to our inquiries before and during our stay was also much appreciated, adding to the overall positive experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect vacation rental experience.

Girls trip

Eduardo was an exceptional host for our girls trip. First of all the property was spotless and very accommodating for our party of 3. We could tell that Eduardo paid a lot of attention to the details including supplying beach chairs and beach towels for us, as well as laundry detergent coffee, shampoo/conditioner etc. He said to “help yourself to anything that is there”. The view from the balcony was amazing and the property had direct access to the beach. The location of the apartment was also on point with what we were looking for with lots of restaurants, stores and entertainment to keep us busy. Unfortunately there was an island wide blackout when we were there and we were left without power for a few days. Eduardo was sure to be in touch with us everyday updating us on the situation. He even refunded us 3 days of the trip which I don’t think most hosts would do. He was also ready to give us suggestions when we asked for some very delicious restaurants. Even though there was the power outage that no one really had control over, I would definitely go back to this property. I give you 10 stars Eduardo!!

Sparkling New Unit - A Few Steps to Beach and Pool

Our stay for a family of 4 at Marbella del Este was everything a beach vacation should be! The unit is beautifully renovated with new appliances and baths, contemporary window treatments, furnishings, a/c, and perfectly-working wi-fi. Eduardo treated us more like guests in his home than a property manager -- providing perfect check-in and garage instructions, restaurant recommendations... not to mention beach gear and towels! The building features a beautiful contemporary lobby with secure access to and from the beach and pool. We were even steps away from jet ski rentals, which provided an excellent diversion for our college-age kids. We hope to be back to Isle Verde sometime soon!

Isla Verde Paradise

This condo is ideal for those wanting something nicely furnished and tasteful that is steps from a superb Caribbean beach, and also a great launching off point for many of Puerto Rico's numerous attractions. For my folks, son, and parents it was really superb. The balcony overlooks a beautiful beachscape. The neighborhood is walkable with a mix of local eateries, and the more ubiquotous chain restaurants. The condo is adjacent to many excellent resort hotels, which one can easily walk to for a nice al fresco lunch after spending some time in the surf. There are also nearby vendors for jet skis, surf boats, banana boat rides, etc. Eduardo was a very firendly, knowledgable, forthcoming, and trustworthy host. Even though he was in New Jersey at the time of our say, Eduardo was always responsive and helpful. I look forward to visiting again! Thanks again, Eduardo!
