Quite, comfortable, close to town

Comfortable place to stay as we set out to explore the Gold Butte National Monument. Nicely furnished. Nice to have a garage to store bicycles.

Gold Buttes launching pad

Very comfortable stay. Jacuzzi and pool heated and clean. BBQ options not great.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. The pool being near by was great. Very clean. Unfortunately the beds were horribly uncomfortable for everyone and they were super loud and creaky. We also wished for some simple amenities such as some laundry pods, dish washer pods, salt and pepper, pool cups and toys, living room blankets when sitting on the couch. It could just be better stocked for an enjoyable stay, but it was a very nice place to stay.

Not our best experience

We were quite disappointed with the condo. Everything seemed the bare and cheap. They queen bed was decent but the twins are very cheap. The couch pull out bed was so bad we ended up going to Walmart to buy a air mattress. Maybe if you have little little kids those beds would be fine but we have teenagers who are the size of adults and they can feel the springs and metal bars. Also there was only one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and only a few squirts of soap in the bathroom and kitchen. Even the dish soap bottle only had a tiny bit we had to let it sit upside down. The whole place had a weird smell when you go in. But there is no air freshener we had to go buy some because of the smell. I don’t even know how to explain the smell but very much like one person lived there a very long time and the smell is stuck in everything. It’s a bottom condo which is good and bad. You hear the people above you but nice to be on the ground floor and not have to haul everything upstairs. It’s a very large condo complex. No towels for the pool. The lock on the door would make noises from time to time like someone was opening it but no one was outside. I’m sure it was user error but no instructions on how to work it and stop it from making those sounds. Our kids had us barricaded the door just in case at night. Lol All in all we where expecting and hoping for better. We have stayed at other vrbo and had great experiences. This was just not one of those.

The property was not kept up. Hot tub was greenish brown and pool trash was overflowing all four days. We were told that the person who rents the property is not responsible for the maintenance. Six towels for 4 days foe 4 adults & no pool towels. Medication was found under the bed. A live roach in the bathroom.

Warm weather and fun

We enjoyed our stay. This condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was a problem with the bed but was immediately taken care of. Great people to work with at Premiere. The pool area was clean and had lots of lounge chairs. We will come back.
