Very nice

This property was very clean, could see the ocean from the balcony. Some what hard walk to ocean. Up hill coming back. All the essentials were in the condo. It is an older building but we'll maintained and clean

Great view! Wish corporate office would invest a little money into the property. Could be a very nice place but corporate probably wants to "maximize" profits. Internet was horrible to try and watch TV. Maintenance did show up but while we were out and just let themselves in so that wasn't cool. Cleanliness upon check in was pretty bad. Other than that it's great. Great view, walk to the beach isn't too bad either. Dealing with management over text was different but very easy and convenient.

Beachin’ cheap

Decent, cheap place with a BEAUTIFUL view, we were able to have our dog with us & it’s short walk to Lincoln beach or short drive to Siletz bay. Any noise coming from the hallway was loud and the door to our room needed a threshold on the bottom of the door as it has an inch or two open gap at the bottom. It was a nice stay though and we had a great time.

Cute over Clean

The apartment was very cute, having a full kitchen, the fireplace and that amazing view made it a great time for a cheap weekend away. The whole building needs deep cleaned, beach rentals are sandy and rusty but this place just hasn’t been truly CLEANED in awhile. The walls are also PAPER THIN! All in all it was a great weekend away, the city and surrounding cities are a blast 🐶

Not happy

Several maintenance issues inside and out of the property, broken dining room furniture, no toilet paper or paper towels, cupboards very worn and in need of replacing, leak under kitchen sink, dirty walls, would I stay here again? NO. not unless there are some serious upgrades or remodeling done on the property. serious upgrades or remodeling

Not a good stay

The shower and sink in the bathroom were both clogged. Let them know and it was supposed to be fixed, but never was. The floor looked clean until the sun shone on it, there were streaks everywhere, and the worst part was the bed!!! It was so uncomfortable we couldn't even sleep. We ended up leaving a day early.

Not completely Satisfied

Our stay was nice, considering some issues we had experienced. We did have what we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. We did have some issues. 1. Driving instructions to get there were difficult and unclear according to our navigation system. 2.The sink drain stopper in the bathroom does not open and close normally. 3.The shower curtain was open and the showerhead was dripping and splashed water in front of the toilet. The view was pretty, though with an exception of looking at telephone lines that were in view when I took pictures of the ocean! 4. The TV worked well until the last night before we left. We had no signal or way to get it fixed. Other than that we had a enough area space to relax.

Plugged toilet, Leaking sink & barking dog all night..

Leaking bathroom sink entire 3 night's stay, toilet plugged 3 times. No plunger. Had to go buy one at Ace Hardware. Dirty kitchen counters and dirty pan in oven. No salt & pepper, no lids for cookware. Only 4 forks so had wash silverware everytime you eat. One of the neighbors downstairs let his dog bark from 11:00pm until 1:30am or later in the morning. I went down to see condo number to let the police know so animal could be taken care of. Then he comes out of different condo room and says dog has anxiety. Why did he let her bark for 2-3 hours? Otherwise this would have been a very cute affordable nice place to stay in. So sad they are letting this little place go downhill. I think we have to give up on Vacasa from now on. We have problems before with different rentals but by far this was the worst-case yet. A lot of rif raf hang around outside also.

Don’t believe the photos

We checked into this unit in the afternoon, and the first thing I was struck by was how dark the apartment is. The bedroom is to the left of the entry, and it is very dark and dingy and there was a urine odor. I’m not sure whether it was coming from the carpet or the bed. Going down the hall, the bathroom was decent but when we pulled the shower curtain back there was black mold in the shower stall. The rest of the apartment had obviously thrifted mismatched furniture and a very uncomfortable, fake leather futon couch. They definitely used some filtering on their photos to make the apartment look much nicer than it actually is. The back deck was leaning down toward the ground when you walk on it. Very scary. Overall I was uncomfortable even bringing our luggage into this place and we did not stay there. We left after 30 minutes. I spent a week going back-and-forth with Vacasa and they were supposedly going back-and-forth with site management and came to the conclusion that we did not get a refund. It was a lesson learned. Cheap is not best. We had a nice stay at the Ashley Inn down the road.

Nice view, clean will stocked except bowls and could have used a few more wash rags though we stayed for 6 days. They are actively updating and working on the property. Overall I will stay again.

We had am million dollar ocean view. Absolutely breathtaking. We loved the flooring & the fireplace too. Great little kitchen. A few not so good things are only had a shower that had a drip. No tv in bedroom and the bedroom window faced the hallway so you can't even open the window to get an ocean breeze.

Condo needs updating

It was not very clean. Dust bunnies all over. No ice trays in freezer. Dishwasher works but doesn’t close well. Hot water takes a long time to come on. Bathroom needs update. Shower doesn’t drain well and no shelf inside for soap or shampoo. No blankets or sheets for futon. I asked for some, and they did bring them and they gave me a partial refund for not having them there… I was disappointed there was no beach access and I’m still not even sure how you get there from here.. We just drove to different areas that were easier to get to the beach. I loved the sound of the ocean and the view But would like to have been able to get down to the beach from the unit.

Furniture terrible. View is great.

Really old junk furniture. Chair leg loose- about to break & bed mattress super old. Price is great. Bed sheet dirty- had hairs and stain. No extra blanket for cold- just bed spread. Just needs better furniture. They brought new bedding and blanket. Great place for dogs and we would stay again for the “price”. Affordable of staying for a week. Can see the Ocean from a balcony…
