Mission Bay, Fiesta Island, Sea World, and Old Town are a little over 1 mile away. Enjoy the Sea World fireworks show most nights from the sidewalk out front. This newly renovated apartment is a private first floor space with one bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and any cooking utensils you may need. The kitchen table seats 4 and can also be used as a desk space. The full bathroom has a tub and shower. The bedroom has a very comfortable California king size bed. The relaxing living room includes a large screen tv, puzzles, games, and a sofa sleeper which can sleep two. Enjoy the newly remodeled outdoor patio!
