Great stay for our family

We had a great week. The house is clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and stores, but still quiet at night. Our kids basically lived in the pool. We were happy to find plenty of pool toys and floatation devices. We would stey here again.

Great stay, minor details need addressing

Overall great stay with some minor hiccups. Pool was difficult to navigate as the hose had to stay in to fill it up. Hot tub was cold and was hard to understand how to turn it to hot. Tv remotes were broken, fan outside shakes so much it looks like it could fall off, garage area had some unwanted visitors.

We loved the property!! Our stay was great. The mattress in the master was uncomfortable and noisy. Any time my wife or I moved it was loud enough to wake the other up. I sounded like the coils inside rubbing on fabric. Not a deal breaker in any way, I just wanted you to be aware of it. I know it’s impossible to find a mattress that everyone likes.

The property was very nice. Pool area is really inviting and exceptional quiet in the evening. Love the Cape Coral area as it seems really safe and lots of restaurants, entertainment close by. Pine Island is worth visiting - Matlacha and Saint James City are great. Have used Vesteva for many years and have never had any complaint. Any time we were not completely satisfied with some aspect of the rental property they responding quickly and resolved any issues. The information provided prior to booking is always clear as is any information provided after booking.

Enjoyed the property. Home was inviting, well furnished and in a great location for us. Area is quiet and relaxing. Loved having the pool and lanai. As indicated above, only negative was the mattress in the master bedroom. Easy to work with, good follow-up and communication. Process was good with little need to contact Vesteva.

We had two fantastic months at Porto Al Mar. it was our second consecutive year there. We love the location. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. I usually delt with Vanessa. Porto del Mare is a very silent home, nicely decorated and especially the 4 bedrooms and the wonderful lanai with western exposure and a perfect pool with hot tap we liked the most! We once again had a wonderful vacation in Cape Coral! Thanks again to the great team of VESTEVA. The whole family is taken care of us in an extremely friendly manner. Even little things as the pool temperature they took care of even on the weekend! We are definitely coming back again!
