Our family of 4 adults and 2 children stayed very comfortably in this house. Spacious kitchen with everything needed for preparing meals. Beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have 5 bathrooms! Laundry room was a huge plus! Loved our pool after a long day at the parks. We did have some time to enjoy The wonderful Oasis pool, as well! Clean, safe area. Easy to get to parks, shops and restaurants. Communication was outstanding! Will definitely stay again.

The kitchen had the essentials, the pool was very relaxing. It was the ultimate vacation spot. We could go any where for entertainment or stay in the home.

The property was excellent the amenities were excellent things were there for it to give you a good start obviously you have to go out and buy your own stuff for a longer stay but the property was great you can expect a little bit of regular wear and tear of the furnishings as you would a vacation home but overall I would definitely rent the place again. Perfect Location

The house suited our group of 10 perfectly. Great location and the house was clean. The kitchen could use a few more cooking tools, and the hot tub water wasn’t “hot” at all, but otherwise, we enjoyed it.

Great stay

We are currently about to finish our 2 week stay at this villa. What a great 2 weeks it has been. The villa was exactly how the photos looked if not better in real life. So spacious and clean. Great location in terms of the airport Disney and universal and also a really good host that was available to help when we needed anything. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Only 2 complaints…1-washcloths not supplied(had to run to Target) 2-GPS took us to a closed gate due to construction and when I called the # provided the rep was rude and told me to find another entrance. Other than that all was perfect and we will definitely be back next year!

We loved the house and rooms. We just wish the living rooms were switched out to have family night down stairs and also I have a crawling baby and she found a pill in the bedroom on the floor. The floors could’ve been cleaned more. my baby crawling her hands and top of her feet were dirty from the floor.

Nice and spacious house

Great size place for a big group. Houses are very close together so ideally your neighbors are cool. Beds are comfortable and lay works great. Private pool is perfect. Pool/Jacuzzi heat was iffy. A few negatives were the living furniture stained and uncomfortable, kitchen cooking pans scarce, and if you rent a BBQ grill know that BBQ utensils not included. Bought some and left for next renter. Overall a nice place and management is really good.

Vacation

House was overall clean. The hot tub did not work, and was told someone would be out to look at it and never did while we were there. Only reason we rented this house was for the hot tub. The back door lock was broken and we could not secure our belongings. The smoke alarm went off at 5 am one morning, and is not apparently tied into anything because no one called or the fire dept did not show up. Not sure why it went off no one was cooking. Everyone was asleep. Overall stay was good, and relaxing.

A Standard Smoke Alarm does not alert the fire department, the ones that are monitored in corporate building can only alert the fire dept. The alarm going off can also be due to many reasons. We are sorry that it went off during your stay, further to that, to convert the jacuzzi into a hot tub, a pool warmer is required and this is an additional amenity that is informed to you prior to making the reservation and prior to your arrival. Enjoyed our stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Villa is very spacious and clean, it could probably do with a lick of paint as few marks on walls and some minor stains on furniture but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a rental. Communication with Wonder Vacation Homes was good and they were very responsive to a minor issue we had with the TV/PlayStation connection. In terms of location the villa is quite a distance from communal areas but as we had a pool we weren’t too fussed about visiting these. The villas are quite close to one another and there was some noise from neighbouring pools in the late evening on a few nights but nothing that caused too much of a disturbance.

Home away from home

This home was beautiful. It was comfortable and spacious for the two families we had staying. Communication was quick and easy! We didn't realize the pool and clubhouse is in the other Champion's Gate, which is about an 8 minute drive up the road, so keep that in mind if you're not renting a car! Our only complaint was that there isn't much for kitchen utensils, no dish towels and are no extra blankets. I'm assuming this may be due to covid. All in all, it was a great home for our week in sunny Florida!

Excellent/With Acceptions

Beautiful Home..we loved it the only thing was we had an ant problem in all the bedrooms bathrroms and kitchen the entire stay. They sent pest control but that still did not help we haid to go and buy ant sprayfor the ants.. Make sure to bring your own towels and wash rags like we did. There ws no towels maybe 1 wash rag to a bathroom. And they can use a new sofa in the living room.. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the home was beautiful

Towels are provided - may be you meant no pool towels - We provide bath towels 1 per guest to the maximum capacity of the home and there is a washer and dryer in the home. We do not provide wash cloths You could have asked about the towels during your stay but you did not message us at all, may be you found them placed in the closet. Next time, please ask for any questions, our team is very good in replying fast. Hope to serve you better next time.

Home experience

The house was very roomy and spacious, however there was a lot of marks on the walls and wear n tear with some of the furniture. In addition ,one of the bedrooms had no pillows and there also was only one towel per person. I liked the place but if you are charging a large amount of money for the refundable deposit, there shouldn’t be any damages noticeable for me to see and be concerned about being charged..

Thank you for staying with Wonder Vacation Homes, it was a pleasure hosting you. Yes we only provide one towel per person and suggest you to run a laundry cycle when you need fresh towels, the amount of RDD is a small fraction in front of the cost of the home and the decor in it.

Great House Close to Everything

Everything was great for us. Wonder Vacations is far superior to any other rental company we have worked with. We have rented 10 different houses over the past few years. Wonder had the best communication, best check in and we will book directly through their site next time. I'd like to see Pool/Beach towels at the house and at least 4 towels for each bathroom. (there were only 2 for each bathroom) Overall the house was great and we'd stay here again. The pool was awesome, we always pay for pool heat but this time they actually had it warm enough that my kids played in the pool for 5+ hours everyday. That alone would make us come back again.

Our stay at Wonder Vacation Homes was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, it was a truly memorable experience. The booking process was seamless, and the communication with the staff was excellent. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated home that exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in the property was remarkable, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cosy and comfortable bedrooms. The amenities, including a private pool, jacuzzi and the PS4 kept us entertained throughout our stay. The location was perfect for our vacation, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. We also felt secure with the property's security features. Overall, our stay at Wonder Vacation Homes was nothing short of magical. It provided the perfect backdrop for our vacation, and we can't wait to return. Overall Great Property But Needs Some Updates

Overall we really enjoyed the property. I will say that to truly be able to give an outstanding rating the furniture needs some updating. When you sit on the couch in the living room your butt hits the springs in the couch. Also the back of the couch cushions are ripped. The blinds on the sliding glass door need replacing too as many are broken and fall off easily. On our final morning packing up to leave I saw a roach scurry across the sink and it went behind the mirror in the primary bedroom upstairs. There were also tiny ants on the dresser in that room as well.

Awful experience

No functioning A/C for the duration of our stay! For two days I was told a tech would be coming out. The tech didn’t come out until the final evening and still couldn’t fix it because a part was needed. Requested a partial refund and still awaiting a response. Completely unacceptable and would strongly discourage anyone from renting with Wonder Vacation Homes!!!!

Not Enough ….

At first , the house seemed great. Then we realized that for a week stay and 13 people, you are left with 1roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel and 1 garbage bag…no Spatula in the kitchen, and the pans are Horrible. The couch was Stained, the faucet handle fell off in the kitchen and the kids room upstairs decorated in Mickey Mouse windows leaked and the carpet got soaked. We were also charged for towels that they say where stained, they sent pictures of these items, but I washed and folded these towels every other day, I did see any stains. We bought and left pool toys when we left. I’ll look closer at my houses to rent next time……😳

Sorry if you missed reading the rental agreement, it states we only provide initial set up of the amenities and suggest our guests replenish per their requirements. The owner has already been requested to upgrade the cookware as everything provided within the house is at the courtesy of the owner. We are sorry that there was an accidental leak in the kids bedroom during your stay. Unexpected things can happen and sometimes we have no way to avoid them. The towels were reported stained after your checkout. Hope we can serve you better next time.
