Great location!! The layout was quite odd. We expected the washer and dryer to be in our room, but it was outside and in a basement, with LOTS of spiders and webs! The book indicated there would be laundry pods, but those were nowhere to be found. It was clean-ish, lots of spider webs and a few spiders in the unit. The AC / Heat was difficult to work. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced, as it is dry rotted. Overall, we were close to friends and downtown so it worked for us. We didn’t hate it but didn’t love it. It was comfy and a place to sleep.

Central location, easy to walk to downtown, a cozy place to relax after a long day of hiking. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars all around is the ceiling fan was very dirty and I had to scrub the coffee pot. Which was weird cause the rest of the place was immaculate.

We had a good stay. We were able to keep the room cool in the desert heat. Owner was responsive to questions. Very small living area but we knew that before we went.

Lovely, intimate bungalow/studio

This property is located in downtown Moab. So, it is convenient walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Even though it's downtown, it was quiet--with a bubbling stream providing soft "white noise" if you have the windows open.

Hidden gem

Amazing location. From the hot tub or the deck overlooking the creek, you are surrounded by lovely trees, and feel like you are far away. And yet, you are one block from town. The space was comfortable and quiet. We will make it a point to stay there again .

Great for a weekend getaway

We had a great time staying here for the weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable, and it was so nice to be right on Main Street and easily walk to shops and restaurants. The hot tub was also very clean and very relaxing. Would stay here again!

Fantastic location, a bit cramped

If you want an Airbnb that is walkable to the downtown area of Moab, this is it. The place was pretty clean. Our only “complaint” is that it felt very cramped. The bathroom is enormous and if it weren’t for the luggage racks in there, there would have been no place to put our things. We brought cereal and milk to have in the mornings, and even that was almost unmanageable because of the lack of surfaces. The table is tiny and the countertop is occupied with other things. Anywho, I think they maximized the bedroom the best they could but for the two of us we felt like there wasn’t a ton of room to move around or put our belongings. Just didn’t want anyone to expect to make sandwiches or anything in there! It’s just hard to tell in the pictures. There’s a beautiful creek in the backyard and it’s a bike path so there’s lots of activity there. The hot tub was lovely and clean.

Great little place

Nice location and walkable to anywhere in town. Everything we needed for a short stay… no stove so wouldn’t work for longer stays! Washer and dryer there and nice creekside sitting areas.

Creekside rooms.

The unit was very well kept. The bathroom was huge. His and hers sinks, a shower and separate large tub. Bedroom is small but comfortable bed. Windows look out on some wooded garden and the sound of a stream. Other gurlests can pass by windows.

Checking into our bungalow the room was very dirty. There was a thick layer of dust on every surface, including dust caked onto the vent of the AC wall unit. The unit was extremely hot and stuffy, the fan was also broken and had dust caked onto the blades. The issue was not resolved and we were only offered a box fan. In addition, the water coming from the sink/shower smelled foul. Needless to stay, we left and checked into a hotel. We requested a refunded and were only issued a partial refunded. This is unacceptable. Would have liked to give this unit zero stars, but unfortunately the site forces you to leave at least one.

3 night stay

Loved the location. We spent most of our time while at the place on the back deck. Main room is small, but was fine for us. Only recommendation we have is a little wd40 on the back door. The mule deer that stopped by was a big plus.

Great location.

This is in a very good location, overall pretty nice but it was not the cleanest. We couldn't walk anywhere without shoes in the house. The shower was very very dirty and smelled like dog urine. The sheets were visible dirty. The bathroom, while very nice, leaves no room for a couch or other common furniture. Although it was not perfect, the staff especially Valerie were a big help in ensuring our stay was comfortable, and fixed all the issues.
