Hi Dear Mandy, We appreciate your feedback about Casa Hamacas. We are happy to know you found the house beautiful, and spacious and that you had a great time. Regarding your comments about the kitchen, we apologize if you felt it was not well maintained and needed some love; probably we missed the opportunity to explain more of our behind-the-scenes efforts while you were there. The microwave stopped working a couple of days before your arrival, we had to replace the old microwave with a temporary one for your reservation since the same one we had was not available for immediate delivery. Now, the microwave we had did not fit in the old space where we used to have it. This made it very difficult for us as we had to improvise to cover the space and tried our best to make it look cohesive with the rest of the kitchen layout. The new microwave (The real one that must go there) will be delivered to the house in the following weeks. Regarding the dishwasher, the reason why the bottom rack fell out was because of a missing screw, however, this got fixed right away by our team after you let us know. We are happy to know that even though these little things emerged, they did not deter you to enjoy the house and having a good time there. Pura Vida!

It’s also great to read that Yency, our dedicated housekeeper, was a gem during your visit :) Regarding your comments about construction, Casa Hamacas is located in a premier residential development and construction has recently increased in all the different communities, the construction noise that you mention should have been minimal, as the house has noise-resistant doors/windows, in addition to lush tropical landscaping surrounding the pool and outdoor lounge garden area that ensures ultimate privacy and no construction visibility. We understand that some customers might be more sensitive to noise than others and your feedback is important to us, so we have recently added white noise machines in every bedroom to avoid any other customer to experience the same incident you described. About the room's configuration, yes, there is a small bunk bedroom next to the laundry room, this bedroom was added since most of our clients value the extra space. It's interesting to know that you felt it was remote from the other bedrooms as normally people comment on how they love the privacy it offers. I would like to note, all of the bedrooms with the exception of the bunk bedroom have either a large or a small walk-in closet. Please note that we are located in the tropics; ants and many other insects and crawlies are present all year round, and even though we fumigate the indoor and outdoor space every week, they always find their way in looking for food and a cooler space. Sadly we never heard or had any report from you about ants being a problem, otherwise, we would have sent our team to help immediately. Once again, your feedback is very valuable to us, it allows us to be one step ahead in providing excellent and quality service for your next visit and to all our future guests. All the best,
