Beautiful warm modern home in a very safe suburb 4km from the centre of Kaikoura. Has an upstairs deck and lots of outside entertainment areas. Spacious rooms and even a pingpong table. Very close to the beach and the golf course. The large windows make this a warm and very comfortable house.

Provisions for youngs kids ,i,e toys and cot where greatly appreciate. Table tennis kept the teenages and adults entertained.

Smooth easy keypad entry. Great WiFi Smart TV etc.Kitchen was huge perfect for our big family group. and extremely well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of outdoor eating areas and large indoor table.Comfortable beds lovely crisp white sheets and pillowcases and nice pillows .Plenty of towels Great showers and heaps of hot water.Full laundry facilities and good drying line etc.Plenty of on site parkng.Lovely house with so many places to "escape the crowd" (decks and undercover areas).We loved Kaikoura so much to do.Thanks so much Eric. Everyone loved staying at your home.

Kaikoura flats winter stay

Had a fabulous stay. Nice and clean and had everything we needed. Having linen supplied keeps it all nice and easy. Would love to stay again and enjoy the near by walks and bike tracks

Comfort and Style

This is a lovely, spacious house, very comfortable and well-equipped. Our group had just completed the Kaikoura Coastal Walk, so it was great to be able to relax in style. The house was very easy to find, and check-in couldn't have been easier.

Lovely property in a nice subdivision just outside Kaikoura. We’ll appointed with nice views

8 of us (4 adults and 4 children) spent four nights at the property. We loved the area. Very quiet and heaps of space for the kids to explore on bikes and scooters. The property is great. Plenty of room and modern and well appointed.

A Day Out By The Sea at Kaikoura

We were comfortable enough during our stay. But we had misunderstood as we thought the home was just by the beach or sea. It took about 10 minutes drive to the Beach.We were able to watch a colony of seals; in fact seals are quite easily spotted along th Kaikoura Coastline. But not dolphins or penguins Our host, Eric was very responsive, and we had given some feedback, which we felt may help him for future guests.

Fantastic stay and very helpful landlord

Seven of us stayed here for my husband's 60th birthday celebration. The landlord was very kind giving us flexible times that suited what we were doing. The house was lovely, had everything you needed, and was very comfortable. The golf course is just down the road and the beach just across the main road. We would definitely stay again! I recommend whale watching, and Zephyrs restaurant if you are looking for a fine dining experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😃

Was a lovely time and lovely location,

Only problem we had was someone had left prawn tails in the waste disposal and was very smelly until we cleaned that out . Otherwise was great
