So cold, uncomfortable, and disappointing!

The unit was frigid when we arrived. Thermostats were set at 60*, which is way too cold for an arrival time after 4pm in January, but it felt even colder than that. It took all of 24 hours to bring the house up to a comfortable temp, so our first night was miserably cold! I have never encountered such uncomfortable furniture! The sofa/futon in the living area has a very thin cushion over a metal frame & was painful to sit on - I can't imagine trying to sleep on it. There is no other seating provided in the living area.The queen bed in the master desperately needs a new mattress. It sags so bad that we were competing for the same 10" in the middle of the bed. Not at all conducive to a good night's sleep!There are no closets and not even any wall hooks for hanging coats or other clothing. One dresser in the second bedroom is the only clothing storage provided.The entry lockset needs serious help. We had to call for assistance to get in, halfway through our stay, and again when we were ready to leave. We love Lincoln City & really wanted to enjoy our stay - unfortunately, that did not happen.

Great getaway

Unit met our needs! 3 days stay with many walks to the beach. Thankful to have found this property, look forward to many more visits and try a few different units out in the future. Be aware our unit didn't have smart TV streaming capabilities, not sure if other units do or don't. Might want to bring your own smart dvd or roku to stream netflix in your downtime lol.

Not again.

First time I stayed here it was wonderful! Second time, couldn’t get more TP for a 6 day stay, more towels due to the lack of hooks to actually hang towels. I will honestly stay somewhere else next time.

Fabulous

The rooms were clean and easily accessible. Wonderful view. Nothing better than opening the patio door to listen to the waves. Can't beat it for the price. I will definitely stay here again.

Get what you pay for

We loved having our own kitchen and a mostly decent ocean view (some bushes and trees blocked the way). We would come here again if we wanted to save on cash and get a decent place. the "beach access" was a lot of walking and at least 6 flights of stairs so its definitely not easy to get to. I would not recommend this place to someone not bringing a dog.

Yikes…

The view was nice and when we had an issue with a sink in the bathroom, it was taking care of promptly. Other than that, I really have to say, it was just an awful place to stay. Super uncomfortable furniture, not enough chairs. Dirty and run down. Sheer curtains in the bedrooms. Had to walk over plywood to get to the room. (Not sure what was under it) terrible wifi. Looks like it was furnished from rummage Didn’t need super fancy, but geez.

4 stars for the veiw

The view at this place is gorgeous. worth the stay. dog friendly is a plus and there is a designated smoking spot covered from the rain. It was pretty private even in the hotel setting.

Cute condo

I love Lincoln city and I love staying at this property. This is the second time that I have stayed at this property, just a different unit. It’s a great location with easy beach access and close to the shops and restaurants. It’s cozy and allows me to bring my two dogs. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. It’s very affordable; I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great location with a view

Was a great stay. I would like to recommend that all the outlets need to be replaced some are not up to code and most wont hold a plug. Also very hard to wash dishes without a sponge.

I'm Embarrassed to Have Given This As A Gift

I gave this 4-day, 3-night trip as an 80th birthday gift to my mom and I was embarrassed by the reality of this property. Lincoln City was wonderful but this "condo" was an absolute filthy dump.

Just some small things

We did enjoy our stay, but a few necessities were missing. No closets or any place to hang cloths or coats, no dresser in second bedroom, no plug for kitchen sink to allow us to do dishes, no hot pads to remove hot dishes from oven, and the toaster was broken. Horrible costumer service

Was nearly impossible to get ahold of someone. Was told we would be provided 2 garbage bags, we were only provided with one. When I asked for more they told me no and to go buy more. Some of the dishes weren't even clean

Good weekend getaway

Wonderful place to stay. Could have been a little more comfortable with a fan to keep it cool. A little more reinforcement on the things that hang would make it more comfortable, tv wall mount was a little sketch. Overall the property was quiet and the walk to beach wasn't terrible, just know you have to walk over rocks going down into beach entrance.

Great location but old house and appliances

Great location, but did not like how the house turn out. Everything is old and dirty, no washer or dryer...seems like the owner is on a budget to fix everything up just to rent it out. Water drainage for all sink were terrible and only one shower work. Had to call property manager to get tripping hazard fix due to a extention cord from the wall to the fridge fell down and was just laying on the floor across the room. They got it fix the next day.

Nice little place

This is our second stay at the place, different rooms. They had WiFi this time!!!! Woohoo!!! Only complaint is that it was super cold when we got there, but I get it. Also, another dresser and more outlets would have been nice. This is just nitpicking.

Reasonable digs, close to most things

This is a spartan unit. No closet, no hooks, but two bedrooms and two baths. Has it's flaws and is reminiscent of hotels in Mexico one would stay in during college. Last minute search selections were limited. However, A kitchen with stove, micro, refrigerator (no dishwasher) the price was standard for 2bed/2ba. Roomy enough to bring our bikes inside. If you expect high standards, this is not the place for you. We enjoyed our stay here, and the staff was helpful and got back to us quickly. We didn't have a dog, but if you have one, they management allows dogs

Great view, only medioaker rooms.

The view was about the only real nice thing about this room! You would do well to replace the VERY bad futon and wobbly chair! We thought maybe you had picked them up along the road, not even good enough to come from Goodwill! We could smell the mold when we first walked in.

I didn't expect an fully stocked itchen but when a place sleeps six you do expect to have six plates not 5, six butter knives not 2, six forks not 4, 6 glasses not 4, and 6 coffee cups not 3. Also the main bathrooms shower adjustment broke (we didn't report it because we were leaving soon).

Would not stay here ever again

Just so miserably uncomfortable. The futon was terrible. Couldn't sit there for more than 5 minutes without getting up. We wound up buying lawn chairs at a nearby store. They were 10x more comfortable. The pots and pans were scratched and filthy. There weren't enough dishes for the listed occupancy. There was no shelf or space in the shower in the master bed for a bottle of shampoo or bar of soap. There are zero closets and hangars. It looks clean on the surface, but as you lean in to find hidden electrical outlets, etc., there is rat crap and other misc. nasty things. I wouldn't stay there again, ever. Terrible!
