We really enjoyed the location, being able to be right on the beach is nice with kids. The space was nice as well. However, the condo was pretty dirty. We ended up having to clean a lot of it when we first came in. There was a lot of dust on the fans, the bathtubs needed scrubbing, and the master bathroom had a foul odor the entire time no matter what we did. I contacted about the odor and was told multiple times someone would contact me and come out, but no one ever did. You could not walk in the condo without shoes on unless you wanted your feet to be black. Cookware could use updating as well. The mattress protectors and pillows were all stained from makeup, liquids, blood, etc.; they could just use a good cleaning or replacement. The hall bathroom drained super slow. Overall our family had a good time, but we spent our first day trying to clean everything and just came across other problems as the week went on.

Wonderful view

Beach front view was the best just to sit out and enjoy the view the home was like a home away from home, really enjoyed the stay.

Great location

The condo was in a great location, far enough away from the "touristy" part so much less traffic. Beach was clean and easily accessible and the pool area was also nice. Overall, the place worked well for our needs; however, the tub/showers could've been cleaner as well as the rug in the living area and floors under the furniture needed attention. The elevators weren't totally reliable but wasn't a major inconvenience.

Family Vacation

The condo was nice but the floors could have bee a lot cleanser not able to walk around without shoes on or your feet would turn black. Kitchen is NOT well stocked for a family of 8 and not kid friendly had to buy plastic forks, spoons and paper plates for the kids to use. The sofa bed could use a new mattress the kids sank to the middle plus very squeaky when they moved.

It was ok

The location of the apartment was great. However, the apartment needs new mattresses. All the mattresses are hard as a rock and really old. We only stayed for 2 nights and didn't get any sleep because of how uncomfortable the mattress were. Other than that the apartment is nice. Old but nice.

Nice place

The condo was nice and clean we only had a problem with ice maker not working but they sent someone right out and fixed it. The internet is not good and had problem with TVs not working most of time but other than that it was nice.

Enjoyable holiday stay

This property is well maintained and arranged, just perfect for family or 3 adults and 3 teens. It's the best equipped kitchen we've seen in all the rentals we've used over the years. It's ready for entertaining large groups! Lots of storage if you need it for personal belongings. It was nice to have a good view of the Gulf every day as well. The only small drawback is the biker bar across the street with plenty of noisy motorcycles in the early evening, but they were mostly quiet during sleep hours. Our stay here was enjoyable and a very good value for a short notice reservation between Christmas and New Years.

Short holiday family vacation

Very nicely furnished and attractive condo. This was the best equipped kitchen we've ever found in a rental unit. Lots of storage space for personal items. A very nice view of the beach from the balcony. The only drawbacks: a lack of ventilation when it gets warm, which can be managed a little by opening the deck door and a front window. there are fans in the bedrooms for sleeping comfort. And the odd collection of cooking knives in the kitchen are so bad they are downright dangerous. Fortunately, we've found this is true with most rentals so brought a couple of knives and other utensils from home. We'd rent this place again.
