This unit has been updated beautifully with lovely colors and beachy decor. Gulf views from both the master bedroom, living area, and of course the Balcony. This unit is on the sought after 6th floor. Regency Towers is one of the few Gated Beach Condominium resorts that has 24 hour security. This complex is known for its' amenities which include two large, Olympic size pools (one heated), a poolside Tiki bar, kiddie pool, Hot tub, large grassy/green space area, barbeque grills, Exercise room and a billiard room. This would make the perfect beach get-a-way. Regency is spread out on one of the largest beachfront spots, spacious pool decks, boardwalk, green space, and plenty of parking. During season enjoy activities like pool side Karaoke & family movies on the lawn.
A Pack n Play and Portable high chair is also included in the condo, as well as books, cards and board games for a rainy day. Roku smart Televisions are in each in bedroom.
We also have 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, frisbee, beach towels, cooler and beach bag for your use while staying.
Registration and Parking Pass is $40 for the entire stay in the gated, large and monitored parking lot. Additional parking passes available for $20 for each additional vehicle. There is an overflow lot across the street as well.

Great Stay at Regency Towers

Had a great time at the Regency Towers. Our unit was great- clean, very well stocked kitchen and supplies and check in and out were painless. Kari was great to work with. Love the warm pool, Bikini Bob’s and the sandy beach. Would highly recommend this unit! We will be back soon.

our beach vacation

the Condo was so enjoyable. beds were comfy, lovely decorations, lots of pillows and blankets--and kitchen well stocked--nice balcony view-books to read--cleaning supplies..and more. Really enjoyed our vacation.

Beautiful, comfortable condo and thoughtful host

The condo looks exactly like the photos and is in excellent condition. The owner was extremely communicative and easy to reach. The condo itself is very well appointed - lots of thoughtful appliances in the kitchen (including a coffee grinder!) and plenty of pillows, blankets, etc. The beds are super comfy. A great place.

Very Nice

Very nice place that was well furnished and nice view of ocean. The kitchen was very functional with plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. Property was as advertised on VRBO. Checking in and accessing unit was simple with keyless smart lock. Property manager was reachable and checked in with us to make sure things were going well. A few comments on Regency Towers. The beach was very nice and good for young children. The elevators can be very busy, but walking up and down to the 6th floor was manageable. Stake your spot out on the beach early every day because the chair rental company takes up 50-60% of the space near the ocean, whether anyone rents them or not, creating a lot of congestion for those not renting chairs. We also found the beach to be great for shelling.

My family had a great vacation! The condo was clean, well equipped with kitchen, bedding and bathroom supplies. The owner was very responsive and helpful prior to and during our stay.

Very nice place

Very nice place and well decorated. Renovated kitchen was very nice with plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. The master bathroom could use an upgrade since it was slightly dated but it was clean and functional. Checking in and accessing unit was super easy with keyless smart lock. Property manager was reachable and very helpful.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was in great condition and clean. Everything worked. Beds were comfortable. The only downside was the elevators are packed most of the time and you can wait 10 minutes or more for the elevator. It did get a little better as the week went on. Over all great stay.

Excellent Rental

Our stay was fabulous! The rental was super clean!! The view was good. The owner checked on us during the week to make sure things were going good. I would definitely come here again.

Spring break

The property was exactly as pictured! Kari was amazing to work with and stayed in touch to make sure all was going well! The condo was well furnished and the kitchen well stocked. Loved having the towel hooks out on the balcony. The view is not as great as a front unit, but still very good and worth the extra room in the condo!

Spring Break Getaway

This property was great and as described. It worked perfectly for our family of 5. While Panama City Beach can be busy during spring break, we prefer a quieter atmosphere which this location 100% offered. We were able to drive to Pier Park to experience that activity there but were able to enjoy the peaceful beach and pool. The kitchen and entire condo was well stocked. The condo was everything we wanted and more. The property was great. We especially enjoyed Bikini Bob's located poolside. The prices were so inexpensive and easy. We were minutes away from anything we needed or wanted. We had great beach walks every day. Kari was fantastic to work with and was very prompt and understanding as our travel needs changed a bit last minute. Absolutely wonderful to work with. Once we arrived, we had really no need to connect with her as everything was perfect! I would highly recommend this vacation rental. Thank you so much for a great experience Kari!

Wonderful beach condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach condo. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning and looking out at the gorgeous view. The beach was amazing and we really enjoyed swimming in the outdoor heated pool. The location was great because it was close to everything, but the beach was not as crowded as some other areas. I will definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous White Sandy Beach

The property was spotless, spacious, well supplied and comfy beds. The location is steps from the beach, which is great for walks and shell collecting. I was there in January, so too cold for ocean, but the pool was heated. Close to lots of restaurants. Really loved Gypsea Crepe right up the road.
