We invite you to stay at our wonderful, tropical condominium at Kamaole Sands. Conveniently located on the ground floor in popular Building Three, you will be just steps away from the beautiful swimming pool, two hot tubs (one is adult only), and a kiddy pool. If the ocean is calling you, just a three-minute stroll through the beautiful grounds will lead you to the lovely Kamaole III Beach Park.

Our 818-square-foot condominium comfortably sleeps up to four people with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and we have added twin murphy beds in the living room. These are regular-sized super comfortable twin beds - so much more comfortable than the sofabeds. And very easy to open and close. Use one or two, they are great for both kids and adults.

There is never congestion in getting ready for an evening out with two full bathrooms. If dining at home is on the agenda, the brand-new kitchen has all of the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils that you will need. The oversized, 166-square-foot tiled lanai has a lovely garden view and leads out to a nice grassy lawn.

We love Kamaole Sands with its beautifully landscaped grounds and fountains. We think you will find our condominium is very cozy and comfortable. The location of the condo is what makes it special. Being on the ground floor, there is no elevator to deal with. The assigned parking space is very close by. Just a short jaunt over the lawn and you are at the pool where Wednesday afternoons have live music with hula dancing. You can sit on the lanai and hear it perfectly or join the action!

Our Kamaole Sands condo is truly a tropical paradise and we will be happy to have you as a guest!

We stayed in this condo for our second week in January 2026. This is our first time to Maui and loved the location of this condo at Kamaole Sands. It is a ground level suite with a short 30 second walk to the pool and a 5 minute walk to Kamaole Beach3! There are lots of restaurants and pubs in walking distance to our condo. We did not use the twin murphy beds but for families with kids this would be great. The master bedroom king size bedroom was excellent. The unit is very clean, kitchen well stocked. There is plenty of light in the unit. The lanai is huge which allowed us to all eat outside every night and coffee in the morning. The fully stocked closet of water goodies was a bonus, we would take the beach chair to the beach with a drink and watch the sunset!! The owner was easy to reach and to speak with and very accommodating. This unit has tile floors throughout making it easy to sweep up sand, and not worry about dirty carpet. Furniture in the living room was comfortable. The property is beautifully kept and the staff warm and welcoming. The Wifii in the unit was easy to connect with a good signal. It has a Bluetooth speaker in the unit. If you have never been to Maui there are chickens everywhere...lol We loved Maui!!

I highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. With that we did leave behind some beach toys and pool noodles for the next guest to use. The location was perfect near to all shopping and Uno Grindz. Until net time Mahalo!

Nice condo near the beach

Lovely, clean condo across the street from the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Local restaurants and attractions nearby. Kihei is a laid back beach town.

Perfect Maui Vacation!

Amazing location with a great host!

Overall our experience was very positive, beds were comfortable (including the two Murphy beds in the living room), location was amazing, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Unit came supplied with plenty of beach toys, chairs, coolers and a few snorkel sets. The unit could use a little TLC and essentials such a some cleaning products, salt/pepper and a dish cloth to wipe counters.

Everything you need, just a little TLC needed!

Overall stay was comfortable, just needed a little TLC. Location was close to the swimming pool. Would have liked to have had floors cleaned, a rice cooker and the bed leg on murphy bed was missing a bolt. Other than that, everything needed was there. Plenty of toys, chairs, ice chest (broken handle) in the lanai for the beach.

A little Piece of Heaven

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks in July 2011. Maui is one of our favorite destinations and we have been there many times, and often rent a condo in Kamaole Sands. This was the first time we rented a ground level suite, and loved this condo and have it bookmarked for future reservations! The twin murphy beds were extremely comfortable for our two kids and the master bedroom king size bedroom was excellent. The unit is very clean, kitchen well stocked. There is plenty of light in the unit. The lanai is huge which allowed us to all eat outside every night. The fully stocked closet of water goodies was a bonus and the close proximity to the pool was ideal! Hop skip and jump and you are at the pool gate! It was a quiet, relaxing, beautiful unit to stay in. We had one issue with the main hall toilet which was very quickly resolved by the owner and the employees at the Kamaole Sands. The owner was easy to reach and to speak with and very accommodating. This unit has tile floors throughout making it easy to sweep up sand, and not worry about dirty carpet. Furniture in the living room was comfortable. The property is beautifully kept and the staff warm and welcoming. The Wifii in the unit was easy to connect with a good signal. This will be our first choice for future stays and we would highly recommend it to anyone traveling as a couple, or with children or friends. Enjoy Hawaii!

When we go to Maui we always request this condo because of it's location, comfort, the way it's well equipped, and the large lanai which is unusual. Can't say enough good things about this condo. Nice people own it too. They will work with you.
