Very nice unit

The unit was very well stocked and as described. Very well kept and stocked with needed items. Very nice unit. The neighborhood, however, leaves something to be desired. Neighboring properties and not kept up, tall grass and weeds, junk, and other things. I can't believe the local municipality doesn't address the issues.

Nice Condo

The unit was very nice and well equipped. Updated and modern appliances. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with toiletries. Everything was wonderful in the unit. The only issue we had was the kids running around and jumping in the unit on the floor above us a couple nights. The neighborhood, however, leaves something to be desired. Neighboring properties were less than kept up. Tall grass and junk takes away from the location and is sad. I can't believe the City doesn't do something about these properties. The condo, however, was very nice and well kept and maintained.

Limited Parking and Request to do Laundry

Nice place but does not accommodate more than one vehicle. Additional "free parking" on streets, as listed in the description, is not accurate. Paid daily parking is available one mile from the condo. The Welcome notebook provides checkout instructions that include stripping the bed linens and washing them before leaving. This should be included in the cleaning fee. Left a message for the manager requesting suggestions for parking but did not receive a reply until two days later.

Hi Janie, we’re sorry to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We take pride in offering our guests the best possible experience, including timely responses. We provide guests with two cell numbers and two email addresses, requesting that they use both for urgent matters. In this case, one number was called late at night to discuss parking, and the call was returned within 24 hours. - Parking can be challenging in Traverse City, especially in our 9-unit complex. It's important to note that our listing explicitly mentions that we provide one designated parking spot, as is the case for all units in our complex. It's also mentioned that street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not include any information stating that there is free parking outside of the one spot designated at the complex. - As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like stripping linens and starting a load of laundry, as part of checkout to help us provide quick turnarounds for our guests. If you had reached out to us about these concerns, we would have advised you to skip these items, and we would have handled them. - The cleaning fee covers a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest. We pay a premium for cleaning that we do not fully pass on to our guests. We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for.

Great place to stay in Traverse City!

We were very pleased with this condo and the amenities! The location could not be more perfect. There was a Starbucks and Rite Aid close by and the marina and downtown area is right down the street. The condo was clean and organized and it was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Traverse City Stay

This is a very 1st floor nice condo! The owner was proactive in all communications. Unfortunately, the occupants on the 2nd floor were relentless in running and stomping on their floor which made our stay miserable. I am sharing this information so that the owners of our condo are aware and can perhaps address this issue. Again, as for our direct experience renting this condo and the owner accomodations - perfect! However, the noise level was not acceptable!

Short get away

This was our first booking experience from Vrbo, and it was a grand slam! The property is brand new! Very nice, clean, and had everything we needed to make our trip relaxing and fun. We will go back.

Not your average vrbo

I usually am unimpressed with rentals. I was very delighted that these owners took pride in offering a modern condo. Here are the highlights: - this is a very new property, so appliances, kitchen, flooring, etc were in great condition - very clean - extra towels and soap - washing machine with detergent provided - coffee maker with K-cups provided - ice! - comfortable beds - nicely decorated (so you don’t feel like you’re renting) Only warning is that the parking space is very narrow. I fit my SUV in it, but I did have door ding anxiety.

Perfect location in TC!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Traverse City. It’s immaculate, to start, and comfortable for a family or 2 couples. The location was perfect in order to be able to enjoy the best of TC. Short 5 min drive to Clinch park, as well as Front street for restaurants and shops. From here we also drove to the start of the TART trails, perhaps 10 mins away. You can certainly bike to anywhere from here. Comfortable, nothing missing type of apartment. Ample parking, easy check-in, easy communication with hosts. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make this a hub for their TC and surrounding areas adventures!

Amazing fully stocked Condo

Upon checking in, we were floored at how gorgeous everything was. Photos do not do it justice. The decor was so homey and warm feeling. They had so many different options for essential stuff such as pillows (soft/hard) and blankets, coffee makers (k-cups or a regular 12C brewer), kitchen utensils/different sized pots & pans, etc. I could go on and on about how stocked this rental was. From soaps to laundry essentials and SPICES! We’ve stayed in many VRBOs ranging from all different prices and this one was by far my favorite for comfort and being well stocked. One thing to keep in mind with renting a condo, you do hear the people above you if they stomp around enough. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality!

Traverse City Condo

The condo was very new and lovely. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked. It’s about a mile walk to the downtown area. It was nice having an assigned parking spot and the arrival/key procedure couldn’t have been easier. We had great communication with the owners and were urged to contact them if we needed anything (we didn’t!). We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Place!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated with a clean modern appeal. The location was perfect for outdoor activities such as walking to the beach or quick access to the bike trails. A short distance to get to the store or explore the awesome shops and restaurants that Traverse City has to offer. Definitely look forward to visiting again!

Perfect location & great property!

This property sits on a main road that takes you into downtown traverse or gets you right on the road to go up the peninsula. With its easy location we could be anywhere we wanted to go within 10-20 minutes. There is a dedicated parking spot and everything you could ever need in the condo. We really enjoyed our time here and felt very at home. You’re also just minutes from the lake!
