Love this Condo and Location

This was our second time staying in this wonder condo. Absolutely love everything about it. Beautiful!!! Most importantly the property manager is quickly to respond with any questions you may have.

Good place to stay

1st thing i noticed was the master bed was NOT king as stated in the listing and it was hard to get to the other side of the bed because it was almost against the window/door. Overall it was a nice place. The remote didnt work very well for the main TV and the 2nd bedroom didnt have a remote that we could find. Never tried the master bedroom TV. Beautiful view for sure. The bunk beds were VERY squeaky and made it hard for my kids to sleep. Shower wasn't that clean in the master bath. Limited storage for clothing unless you bring your own hangers and hang up everything.

We’ve stayed at this location 3 times before but this was our 1st at this condo. The 6th floor is perfect! The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook and the hallway, bathrooms and bedrooms were wide enough for a wheelchair if needed. There were a few things that needed attention but our property contact already knew about them and responded in a couples minutes or less.

Excellent Location and Amenities

The decor, and location of this property was perfect. We spent every day enjoying a meal on the balcony. The property was clean, and had everything you needed for your stay. The property manager was very pleasant and responsive when we had questions. I would book again for my family.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very well decorated and it was in the perfect location to everything we wanted to do. Comfy bed and great views from the living room and master. Would definitely rent again.

Quick Family Getaway

This was a perfect family get away to bring in the new year. Perfect location with an amazing view. The room was clean and perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again. Only issue we had was with the internet they were having issues with it but the property manager was responsive to messages to try and get it resolved. All in all it didn’t take away from our vacation as we were just looking to get away.

NOT CLEAN AT ALL

Upon arrival we sat our bags down and proceeded to the restrooms, where we found the master bathroom was most disgusting. I cleaned it with the Lysol wipes we had brought and just thought they accidentally overlooked the restroom. We left immediately for dinner, it was 545 pm. So as you know dinner was a long wait, we didn’t get back to the room until 10:30. We go to climb in the bed all to find out the sheets had not been washed and full of sand, debris, and stains. At 11pm we had to wash our sheets before we could go to sleep. So we then took pictures of various other things that weren’t clean like the kitchen floor that we had to sweep and spot mop. The next morning we got in contact with heather (guest services) who told us to send her pictures. After the 3rd day of not hearing back I messaged her again and she said it was given to Evolve the management company. After not getting a real response from anyone we found the building manager (Sheri, who was amazing). She got in contact with the owner and guest contact. Long story short, the guest contact tried blaming us, making excuses saying we just were trying to get our money back. It was obvious that the condo was just straightened and picked up but not CLEANED. Which means the cleaning crew didn’t do their job. We have never had a bad experience with any condo in PCB. This is poor management and we will not stay in this unit ever again. Twin Palms Resort is in a great location and the building manager there was so very helpful.

Panama city beach

Twin palms resort is beautiful, however the condos are not getting cleaned very well. We had to vacuum and mop the floors upon arrival due to the fact they were nasty. They would literally turn your feet black.

Great spot for father/son trip

My son & I took off for a week to Panama City Beach & just happened to stumble across this great property online. It had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. It’s a beautiful stretch of beach & had a great diverse mixture of guests (of all ages). The condo unit we stayed in met all of our needs and only had a couple of minor items that needed repair/replacement when we arrived. The property manager was very accessible & helpful when we arrived. Thanks for the memories!

Not Clean

Not clean, broken doors, smelled like a smoker lived there. Parking was a nightmare in the parking garage. Do not recommend!!

Softball at the beach

We came to PCB for a fastpitch softball tournament. The location was wonderful... close to ball park and close to great restaurants. The condo met our needs for our trip, was beautifully decorated and the pool and closeness to beach was fabulous. There were a few minor issues with the condo. On arrival there was quite a bit of sand still on the floor and the master bath shower was ripped which I had to replace. The 1st morning we were there we realized the microwave wasn't working. It seemed like it was but then the food wasn't cooking at all. This wasn't a big deal as we were just able to use the oven and toaster oven. All in all, our trip was wonderful.
