My fave place!

Always love HHTB Resort! I have been going here over 20 years and love it! Room was great and as advertised. We had some issues with couch but owners were quick to respond. Beautiful remodel!!

Beach and read

The condo was small, decorated well and comfortable. The beach was close as was pickle ball and tennis. I would stay again.

Nice place close to the best beach in hilton head. The resort has enough bars/restaurants that you dont have to leave the resort if you dont want to. Ideal location

Fantastic

The property was well maintained and well stocked with any essential that may be needed for the duration of your stay. We were pleased with the location in regards to available parking and pool/beach access. The host communicated in a very timely manner and a answered any questions we had during the booking.

Great Location at Hilton Head Island

The condo was perfect for my granddaughter and I. We were very close to the beach and the pool. There was an ocean view from the balcony which was a plus. The condo was nicely decorated and had all the supplies we needed. We had to contact the owner once and received a quick response. We will definitely consider staying at this condo when we return to HHI.

Excellent

This property was incredible. It had all the amenities to make it feel like home. The beach was a short walk away. One feature that we really enjoyed was the location. Not only were we close to the beach, we were basically in the middle of the area which meant exploring the island and surrounding communities was easy. We will definitely be looking for this booking when we travel to HHI again.

Perfect Location!

This was my first visit to Hilton Head Island and this condo was perfect! It had everything I needed and the location was fantastic. It was an easy walk to the beach and an easy drive to all the restaurants. I loved that there was 24 hour security on property, it made me feel very safe. The pool was so nice but you can’t beat the beach. It was also great to have 2 restaurants on property. The condo was so clean and well kept. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

Good location but unit had small but annoying issues.

Like the overall location and property. Our unit had issues with both TVs (remotes that basically rendered TVs useless) Noisy ceiling fan in LR, rusty and broken ceiling fan chain on patio, very old and hard to open slider door to balcony, broken Keurig Coffee maker. We made the best of it though. Would return but probably chose a different unit.

Close to Beach/Pool - OK stay until...

We overall had a good time at HHI and this property. It is a cute unit, but I would not stay here with more than 2 adults due to the one bathroom and tiny kitchen space. I was taken aback about paying for required renters insurance, but I am glad I did. Upon my return home, I found that a claim was filed for replacing a couch that my partner and I just sat on - as you would do in your own home. I messaged the property owner about the claim and was told he had to go by what his cleaning person said. My advice, video the property workings when you get there and when you leave. I am obviously upset that there was a claim made for something I did not damage. The A/C was locked by someone at 76 degrees and after talking with the owner and looking at the thermostat, I figured out to turn off "save" on the unit and we finally got it to cool off. The sliding glass door is 80's style and is apparantly on the list to replace, and we had a very difficult time getting it unlocked so that we could utilize the porch. Take your own beach chairs. Theirs are stored on the porch and we could not use them due to the rust damage so we just took our towels to the beach and laid on those. For the price it was a good stay - but beware having property damage claims made for something you did not do.

Cute little condo

This condo was perfect for my family. It was clean, check in was easy, owner communication was great, the resort was great. We had a wonderful time. The condo is very small, but me and my two children had plenty of space. Condo is stocked with everything you'll need. Thanks for the use of your condo! We had a great time!

My family of 3 had a great stay. My 5yo daughter loved the bunk beds! All of the kitchen materials are clearly labeled and easy to find. Location was great to both the pool and beach!

Lovely spot

Cute condo, quaint but had everything my mom and I needed for a week's stay in Hilton Head. The pool and beach bar restaurant were definitely an added bonus. Overall GREAT spot!

HHI -Folly Field

It was our family’s first time vacationing at Hilton Head Island . Not only did we love the island , but we enjoyed the condo. It was definitely cozy for our family of 5… but it was well updated, very clean , a short walk through the parking lot to the pool or beach that was very easily assessable with the private board walk . we enjoyed it so much we stayed an additional night.

We fell in love with Hilton Head as it is quiet but has all the amenities that a family needs for vacationing. We decided to purchase, remodel in Jan 2020 and offer opportunities for families to enjoy! Warm weather, access to the ocean, fishing, crabbing biking, pickleball, the fun is endless here in HH. It's family friendly with only steps to the pool or beach, while having the option of eating at property restaurants, there's no need to leave the resort.
