2012年の夏に完全に改装されたこの美しいコンドミニアムは、2ベッドルーム、2 1/2バスルーム、1600平方フィートのコンドミニアムで、フロリダ州マルコ島にあり、JWマリオットリゾート＆コンベンションセンターの向かいにあります。 このユニットは、サンマルコレジデンスで最大のフロアプランです。 花崗岩のカウンターとステンレス製の電化製品を備えた最先端のキッチンと、4つのスツールを備えた大きな島/朝食バーがあります。 ユニットは海岸沿いの装飾でプロ仕様に装飾されています。 2012年から2013年のレンタルシーズンに向けて、すべての新しい家具が購入されました。マルコ島に行ったことがないなら、それはアメリカの熱帯の島のようなものです。 このユニットは、メキシコ湾の美しい景色を望むペントハウスレベルの6階にあります。 夕日は息をのむような!! コンドミニアムは完全に設備が整っており、2つのフルベッドルーム、2 1/2のバスルーム、ケーブルテレビ、フルキッチン、ダイニング、リビングルームエリアで構成されています。 コンドミニアムは最大（6）人を収容できます。 リビングルームにはクイーンサイズの豪華なエアスリーパーソファがあります。 ユニットでは無料の無線インターネットも利用できます。 パティオ家具付きのベランダが2つあります。

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property on Marco Island Beach! The location could not have been more perfect—just steps away from the soft white sand and the most breathtaking sunsets. The unit itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The view from the balcony was truly unforgettable, making it the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while listening to the waves. The amenities were excellent as well, with a great pool area, easy beach access, and convenient parking. The host was very welcoming and responsive, making the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. They provided thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or fun in the sun, this is the perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to come back to Marco Island and would happily book this property again!

Perfect condo in a perfect location!

We visited Marco Island over the Memorial Day Weekend and found this property which was perfect for our family. My 2 adult sons stayed with us since we also had a family wedding that weekend. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for all! The place was clean and the beds comfortable. There was also a laundry room next door on the same floor which worked well for us. Additionally the public beach access was right in front of our building. Highly recommend!

Marco Island was magical!

Everything needed for a beach vacation was onsite: beach cart, beach chairs with coolers, beach towels, umbrella, etc. Communication and check-in/check-out with Tracey was seamless. Beautiful, quiet, affordable and comfortable accommodations. Public beach access was across the street. JW Marriott spa was also located across the street for world class facials and massages. The sunsets were breathtaking each night. Tracey left lots of information regarding restaurants and must-see sights. No need to book anywhere else. Exceptional!

Marco Memorial Wknd

Short family vacay Memorial Day weekend and we had a seamless check in and stay. Very nice, clean and convenient location and host, the only drawback was that it was not DIRECTLY on the beach but overall 5 star and would def stay again!

Highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews, but we stayed at this condo last week and I cannot say enough good things about it! I will highlight a few things that made the stay so great! Check in/Parking: This process was super easy! The parking is super convenient and there are even carts to help with bringing your suitcases up to the condo. Having an electronic code made it simple and we loved not having to worry about a key! The Condo: The condo itself is beautiful. It's even bigger than the pictures showed and the space was perfect. There are two large bedrooms and they both have great bathrooms attached. There is a half bath as well! The kitchen is huge and includes everything you could possibly need. There are two large balconies and the view is beautiful! We were so impressed with the condo itself and can't wait to stay again! Location: This could not be a more perfect location for our needs. It's directly across from the beach and the JW Marriott and within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. There's a notebook with a ton of great info.We really didn't need the rental car at all! Communication: The communication with the host was also perfect. Texts/E-mails were returned in minutes (which we don't expect!) We also left our car keys in a drawer and the gracious host sent them back to us by UPS that day! It really helped relieve a lot of panic and we were so thankful for that! I can't say enough good things about this place. 10/10!!!

Beautiful ocean front penthouse with views

Beautiful condo fully furnished with everything you need. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. The pool was fantastic and we used it daily. Location is directly across from JW Marriott and steps to the ocean. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful Property near JW and Beach Access

The condo was everything we hoped for and more. The pictures were exact and the location couldn't have been better for a wedding we attended at the JW Marriott (across the street). The public beach access is directly across the street and felt like a private stretch. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs and wagon all provided. Parking is included too. The sunset penthouse view was lovely. We enjoyed the peacefulness of being on the top floor. Owner was great to work with and always responded promptly to my questions.

This is a beautiful property, and the host is wonderful! We visited as a family in August 2023. The condo is spacious, perfectly supplied and maintained, and the location is excellent. Our host was perfect. Tracey kept in communication with us, the attention to detail was evident at every step. Everything worked as planned, like clockwork. Every single need had been anticipated. A wonderful combination: a great condo and a wonderful host. My family and I highly recommend this place. Thanks Tracey and family for having us as guests!

Amazing stay on Marco island

My family and I stayed at this property in November 2022. The condo was immaculate, spacious and perfectly located. It is on the top floor with 2 decks that face the ocean and have sunset views. Tracey has thought of everything that one could need - not only pots/pans and beach equipment- but also pack and plays and other items. She was responsive and accommodative. I highly recommend this place over and above the hotels. It’s both more private than a hotel and also situated perfectly by the beach and by restaurants. We look forward to coming back to Marco and staying at one of Tracey’s properties in the future.

Property was amazing and perfect for our family (my husband, 2 adult children & myself). Kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon & lots of beach towels came in super handy! Laundry is literally next door. Lots of space for our 4th family time!

Experienced Host Is Always Helpful

Owner was very communicative and gave good advice along with straight answers. For instance, I knew not to bring a cooler bag or chairs, but I did bring some quarters and tide pods to launder our beach towels. Not an issue! Great location and better value! Marco Island is a special place. White powder sand beach. Beach access was super easy. Far from the hotel crowds! Pool at property was perfect break from the ocean. If host had two tennis racquets I would have used the court! ;-) Things like on-site parking and even recycling were very easy. Balcony views were delightful! I hope we can come back!

BEST VIEW OF ALL UNITS!

This unit on the 6th floor, penthouse, has the best view of the beach directly from its 2 balconies. It is very spacious, great layout and updated. 5 Stars !

Nice getaway

First time to Marco Island. Had a very nice time exploring the island and trying restaurants. Beach was beautiful. Condo was very nice and clean and had good access on everything. Would come back again!

Beautiful Condo & Great Location

Marco Island was a perfect family vacation. My Family stayed at the condo for a week and enjoyed it every much. Condo is fully equipped with everything you possibly want for a week. Owner even had Beach umbrellas, chairs, sand toys etc. Getting to beach was as shown in the pictures 5 min walk across the street. Many choices of restaurants within 2 miles from condo. You still have access to JW marriott for kids bowling/arcade etc which is 5 min walk across the street. Sunset view from beach or condo is breath taking. We has minor issue and owner/property manager were quick to help and get it resolved within few min. Thank you! again for a wonderful stay.

Perfect family beach vacation location

Marco island was a great family vacation destination. The property itself was exactly as advertised, with the location relative to the beach and restaurants being even closer than we’d anticipated. The beach is a very short walk, door to ocean side in 5 minutes (even with little legs). We have 2 younger girls so the pool was also a nice option when the youngest had and afternoon nap. The amenities were perfect as well for all ages. Beach gear made it easy to have a nice long day camped out on the beach while a high chair and pack play made it easy to be traveling with a ~1 year old. For the older crowd, a great view of the beach and Marco Island sunset could be enjoyed from the patio after the little ones were down. Only complaint would be we didn’t stay longer. Perfect vacation, location, and would absolutely recommend as well as stay here again.

Relaxing stay for family

Nice view of the gulf from the 6th floor. Tracey was a good communicator and checked in with our family after a couple of days. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

We love Marco Island and have been vactioning here for years. The beaches are amazing, and the island has a tropical feel. We purchased this property because of the location to the public beach access directly across the street. The views from the condo are fantastic! You can see the Gulf from the living and dining areas and the channel from the front door. The building is very well maintained and convenient to shopping and restaraunts.

We have the largest unit in the building. We knocked down walls to create an open concept floor plan, increased the ceiling height, completely remodeled all the bathrooms, there are California Closets in all of the walk in closets which means plenty of storage, the unit is located directly next to the laundry room.
