メインレベルでは、アーチ型の天井と自然光が入る窓がたくさんあるオープンで素晴らしい部屋を提供しています。 10月から4月まで使用できるガス暖炉のある広���としたリビングルームエリア。 キッチンには美しい花崗岩のカウンタートップがあり、自動ドリップコーヒーメーカーやキューリグなどのエリアには品揃えが豊富です。
メインレベルに位置する2つのベッドルームとバスタブ/シャワーコーム付きのバスルーム、および2番目のリビングルーム。

2階には、キングベッド、シャワー、プライベートレイクサイドバルコニー付きのマスタースイートがあります。 そのレベルに2番目のベッ��ルームと、浴槽とシャワーのコンボがある別のバスルームがあります。

下位レベルには楽しみが満載です！ ビリヤード台とフーズボール台のあるゲームルーム。この部屋には二段ベッドとピラミッド二段ベッドもあります。 レンジ付きの簡易キッチン、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、湖sideへの直接アクセス！ マスタースイート���クイーンベッドとシャワー。

So Relaxing....

We loved staying at your beautiful home on Smith Mountain Lake. The house was so much fun, well equipped (well beyond the norm) and was very clean and spacious. Only suggestion would be to have some wine glasses and a cutting board (1st world problems). Thank you and hope to be back.

Fabulous Vacation

The property was as advertised. Spacious and well stocked. The location was wonderful; tucked away in a great cove nearby Mariner’s Landing. The beach really worked well with the kids. The dock was great although we had a little trouble docking our rental boat on the floating dock because of the location of 2 jet ski ramps which only gave us enough space for 1/2 of our boat. This issue did absolutely nothing to diminish our enjoyment of the property. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great House and Location fully stocked

Great house and location. Very clean and well stocked. Had pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, hot tub, fire pit, great decks, 5 kayaks, corn hole. Would rent again for sure.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time, the home is very spacious and in a lovely location. The private beach area was so nice and the deck was a wonderful spot to have coffee every morning and enjoy the peaceful view of the beautiful lake.

Perfect for 2 families with older teens

Our families enjoyed this home... the kayaks when it was sunny, and foosball and pool table when the air was cooler were both a big hit. We enjoyed the outdoor deck space overlooking the water and the firpit on a clear night-- gorgeous view! The dining table is ideal for 8 guests, but doesn't feel too big for a smaller group to sit and play games. There is plenty of room to set up a temporary work-from-home space too (though we didn't do any of that!). Everything was VERY clean! The kitchen, though a little tight when it came time for serving meals, was well-equipped. We rented a pontoon boat for a day from SML Boat Rentals (also recommend). It was a great way to see and experience the lake. I would recommend this home!

Fabulous Long Weekend

Went to celebrate my 60th birthday with a few great girlfriends. The house was very accommodating, clean, well maintained. We spend most of the time between the porch, the firepit, and the hot tub and playing pool and watched movies at night. The home was very clean, comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic Family Retreat

This property is amazing. We had a wonderful time. The home was brilliantly appointed. Plenty of REAL sleeping space. The location on the lake is spectacular. Beautiful new fire pit, spacious deck with ample seating (if only the railing were about 5 inches shorter!), large 2 level boat dock, kayaks with launch (so easy to get in and out), and literally 50 yards to the water. Gorgeous unobstructed views, and great privacy. This really was the perfect long weekend getaway for us. I can’t even imagine how awesome it would be in the summer!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely view

This was a really big, clean property with a nice view. Well-stocked kitchen. Downsides: steep walk to water, beach tends to accumulate pools of stagnant water

Very nice house. Great water views.

This house was extremely nice. The location on the water is great no congestion, easy to dock our boat. Kids and I loved the game room. A few items that I would get fixed. The upstairs master bedroom mattress was so difficult to sleep in. Not sure if it’s brand new or extremely old. Grass needed cut badly and lawn care service showed up on a Saturday late afternoon, which was our very last evening together. We were trying to enjoy some dock fishing and other family activities, but could not due to lawn service folks. Also. The grill down stairs. Only one burner would stay lit But all around. What a great house and we definitely plan to come back next year.

Property was great put some kinks

After the first 2 days, our stay was great. Furtniture was nice. Lots of nice outdoor furniture on the covered deck (which is not in the description or in photos, so we brought camping chairs with us and were not needed) Beds were comfortable, Plenty of TVs, good wifi, Pool table, Foosball, ping pong, kayaks, water floats, lots of kitchenware. We loved that this property had a sand beach that is gradual into the water and toddler friendly. The property was great. And the management team was responsive. So why 3 stars? The alarm system on the house was regularly beeping with every door opening or shutting...and then every 5 minutes regardless. We tried to silence it and of course set off the alarm, which was very loud. Management didn't have the code..and it was 9pm and kids had just gone down to bed. It was about an hour before someone came and disabled it by pulling the power cables. The next morning, we had no water pressure. A plumber came out, apparently the basement toilet had been running for multiple days and totally clogged a filter. He didn't have a replacement filter, so he told us he would return the next day since stores were closed on Sundays and not to drink or cook with the water but we could shower if we wanted. We had no drinkable water for 36 hours of our stay.

An Amazing View-

This house is located on an amazing inlet, allowing for a spectacular view. The house itself is great, too! The only negative is that you have to bring your own linens and the kitchen is a little small if you want to make a big meal. I'd stay there again-
