Two family vacation with young kids

The property is in a great location and accurately described. The cleaners didn’t do a great job and left the last guest’s toiletries in the shower and a huge pile of sheets out in the hallway for a day. We also had a huge leak under the kitchen sink that the cleaners left only a tiny bowl to catch, so we had a huge mess within the first 10 minutes. But the property manager sent someone the next day and the problem was fixed. The listing says there are two spots under the building but that is not true. One is under the building and the other is in the overflow lot. Otherwise we had a great time and would rent this place again.

Perfect Location for Beach Lovers

The condo was clean, roomy, comfortable, right on the beach, with good parking for 2 vehicles. Great kitchen and breakfast bar. Nice big TV with excellent cable hookup. Good WiFi. Very quiet street but close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Very nice deck overlooking the ocean. WE had a wonderful week.

Great spot

Great location right on the beach with easy parking access underneath. It is old school with an actually keyed lock so you have to drive 15 minutes out of the way to do check in/check out and pick up/drop off keys and parking passes.

Non-working AC put a damper on the trip

The condo is very nice, especially the master suite. It was very clean and neat, and we loved the access to the beach. The AC was not working when we arrived. We called the management, who told us they contacted the owners, who couldn’t get a repair person in until 4 days later. Management said they would try to get someone local to come in and check the AC. That person came a day later. He temporarily fixed the AC, after changing the filthy air filter. The AC quit working again, on and off the next 3 days. Finally, the owner’s technician came and fixed the AC. Our vacation was over a day and a half later. So, the non-working AC did put a damper on our vacation, but we still had fun.

This was my grandchildrens first time at the beach. My grandson wants to move there now! Great place to stay, clean roomie, and the views are amazing

Not 100% happy

The location is excellent. Staff was good as well. The condo seems a bit dated and could use some real TLC. Our biggest issue was it was not very clean. It looked clean at first but had many issues. Couch had buts in it. Bath shower glass doors had lots of mold. Floors felt clean to the feet but were actually dirty if you wiped them with a wet Rag. We would not stay there again. Bit again location and view was perfect.

Property just as stated. Guest bedrooms difficult to get air conditioning to a little warm. The bath/shower drain in the guest bathroom very slow to drain. It needs unclogged. Right in the beach great for a family with young children.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the 19th hole. The condo was spacious and exactly what was shown on Vrbo. My kids enjoyed the bunks beds, movies and books provided for them . The location was fantastic. Waking up to sunset views and being able to walk to the beach was exactly what we were looking for. We’ll be back !!!!!

Minor issues but over all nice place and would recommend

It says 2 parking spaces One additional space available 1st come, 1st serve in adjacent lot. NOT true only 1 parking spaces and the additional space is a short walk to the condo on 57 street It says it supplies Beach chairs, boggie boards and umbrella but it does NOT It says coffee pot which they do have but doesn't mention a Keurig that is there The outlets in the master bathroom room don't work If you shut the private balcony sliding door make sure you don't shut it all the way it will lock on you So make sure the Master bedroom balcony door is open so you don't get locked out They don't have any disinfect to clean the counter tops with or any sponges The overall stay was very nice I would recommend

Terrible Management, decent property, broken air conditioner.

I think the owner of this property should consider changing rental management companies for their lack of customer service and fulfilling promises. Overall the property is in a great location and was just what we were looking for in a ocean side property. Right next to the water and near by fantastic restaurants and a few blocks away from Secrets, which is a fun club/restaurant. Now on to the bot so great stuff. We realized our air conditioner was not working on our 2nd evening. The following morning we contacted the management company and left a voicemail, followed by leaving another voicemail an hour later. Finally reaching someone on the 3rd call, to be told that we needed to attempt to fix it out self and call them in 30 min. After using my “technician skills” we called the rental company…. To our surprise, no one answered.. then after calling 3 times and an hour later we got in touch with some one who was helpful enough to get a technician out to take a look at our air conditioner. After the tech saw our air conditioner was broken, we were tiled it would not be fixed until the end of our trip. So we ended up being stuck in a 80 degree unit with 80% humidity….. We attempted to have some resolution for our discomfort, but the person with “authorization” was not there to speak to us when we were checking out. We asked if I could get the number for the supervisor, but was told that they could call us that same day when the supervisor was back….We have yet to get that call… STAY AWAY!

Decent stay

You can’t beat the location, right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores, off the road a ways so you are not right in the thick of things. The VRBO listing listed a coffee maker - there is that and also a Keurig, which would have been nice to know so I could have brought pods from home. VRBO also stated there were 2 covered parking spaces and an additional space available in the overflow lot, but this is incorrect. There is one covered space and one in overflow lot which is a short walk from the property on 57th street. Communication with property manager was fine if you call in, but expect delays in response when texting through VRBO. The place is decent but old and there is a strong musty odor. Furniture always felt damp so might have a humidity issue. We used tor fan in one of the bedrooms but it was really dirty and needs cleaned. Couch fabric felt worn and could use refreshing. Those things aside, we had a nice stay and would recommend.
