Hi Jenny, I am sorry you all had such a bad experience and I understand your frustration and concerns! I am a little frustrated though I must admit because I feel that I did absolutely everything in my power to help with the noise disturbance. I cannot force the police to do their job or the resort security either with regard to loud guests. I feel that the condo is a fully accurate representation in pictures as well. That is the only condo I manage in the building and, sadly, that area as well as the majority of Myrtle Beach, like many of the east coast's larger beaches has continued to decline. My recommendation for the future is to stay away from Myrtle beach and come further south to Surfside Beach, Garden City, Murrell's Inlet or Pawley's Island. This way you won't have to deal with the questionable characters who rent in Myrtle Beach. But, 1 star? That is beyond overly harsh as a review in my opinion, especially when about 90% of the complaint is completely out of my control. Other than one single palmetto bug getting in through an open slider door or front door(they are a reality at any coastal area) and the guest walking around in white socks on the floor that is thoroughly vacuumed and swiffered before each guest's arrival(which weren't reported to me until after the stay ended), the entire rest of the review is by far overly harsh.
