Another Great Vacation!!

This is our third time staying in this beautiful condo. And there are many reasons we keep coming back! The place is always spotless when we arrive and stocked with essentials. The view is absolutely amazing. The location is great! We felt like we had the beach to ourselves and we were a short drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. Lynn is wonderful to work with and is available to answer any questions or concerns. We highly recommend staying here!!

Great Rental at the Beach

My wife and I rent several properties near our children and grandchildren each year. This property was very clean and well taken care of. Most rentals units are left bare - no salt, Perrier, spices, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap. I'm not trying to beat the land owner, but it is so nice to not have to worry about the little things. They did a very good job on this rental. The beach was adjacent to us and the pool was also convenient. I have no problem giving this rental a 5 star review - they deserve it.

Beach Fun

This property at Sea Haven on Crescent Beach, FL is outstanding. Quiet with easy access to beach, our family thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent here. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing beach trip!

Another wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful beach condo. Lynn is a wonderful host! This rental has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beach with your family. The kitchen had enough supplies to easily make meals. The condo was clean with amazing views of the ocean. There was easy access to the beach and the pool was a hit with our teenagers. The condo was located within an easy drive of many amazing restaurants. We hope to visit again next year!

Fabulous Beach Vacation

We've stayed at a lot of VBRO's in our travels. Lynn's place is by far the most accurately represented listing. Her condo is fabulous!! Right on the beach with awesome views from both floors. Super easy to access all that St. Augustine has to offer, too (we ate downtown almost every night!) The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had a couple of small debacles with the door code and gate code at the start of our trip that was frustrating, but they were resolved with a phone call and a couple of texts. quick When our flights were delayed , Lynn was also able to accommodate our extended stay. We could not have asked for a better vacation and would most definitely book Lynn's condo, again.

Great condo, amazing views and location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was beautifully updated, well-appointed with everything you could need, and it was so clean when we arrived! The view is the best, waking up every morning to a sunrise over the ocean, and watching the sunsets at night! Great location, it’s just a short drive from it to all the great restaurants and attractions in St. Augustine. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Beach Getaway

My family and I wanted a relaxing and memorable getaway and this fit the bill. We’ve always been beach bums and this had to be our best beach trip to date. The proximity to the beach is superb and it wasn’t horribly overrun with people. We could let our young boys run free and just enjoy being young. We hope to return again soon.

Sea Haven 6/18

EXCELLENT location on the beach! The beach is gorgeous… wide and flat and sand is powdery soft. Clean and not crowded. The Sea Haven property including the pool and grounds are very well maintained. The unit itself had a fantastic view of the beach from the main floor balcony. Several nights we enjoyed dinner there. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, bakeware and small appliances. The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms have been updated beautifully. No TV in the master which I mention only because it was advertised as having one. We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend this property. The owner was very responsive as well.

The perfect place

Everything about this condo is perfect. It is right on the beach with sweeping views of the ocean. We watched the moon rise every night from the spacious covered patio. Just a short walk to a beautiful and quiet beach. The condo is so clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with beach decor. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There are two great restaurants directly across the street. You are just minutes away from downtown St. Augustine. I could go on and on... I wish we could've stayed all summer 🌞

Great ocean view

Wonderful stay at the beach. Lynn is a great host and responded to questions immediately. The condo was incredibly clean and had everything we needed surroundings were very quiet other than the waves crashing the beach! The outdoor patio is incredibly comfortable and the views are just as pictured If not better in person. Thanks Lynn for a great time. We look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Perfect spot for a peaceful long weekend

My husband, 9-year-old daughter and I stayed here for a few nights and loved it. The location is peaceful and beautiful, the view is amazing, and there’s nothing better than sleeping with the sound of the ocean directly outside your window. This is random, but my husband was especially impressed by the tools and dishes in the kitchen, especially the sharpness of the knives. It makes a difference when you’re trying to cook at “home.” The only thing I didn’t quite expect were the stairs. It’s a second-floor, two-story unit, so there were lots of ups and downs. Not a big deal, but may be for someone who has mobility issues. We’d totally stay here again.

Convenient Condo with Amazing Ocean View

When I was searching for a rental near St. Augustine Beach for my family of five (3 kids), I wanted a king size bed and a view of the ocean. Lynn's condo had that, and did not disappoint; the master bed/pillows/linens were very soft (great nights' sleep) and the balcony view of the ocean was absolutely amazing--we enjoyed the balcony almost as much as being on the beach itself. It felt like a private view and we spent most of our free time there, eating meals, reading, playing card games, talking & chilling with beverages as the sun set, etc. This was our second time vacationing in St. Augustine, and although our previous stay was technically on St. Augustine Beach (close to the Publix), our stay at the Sea Haven complex was even better because the walk to the beach and the pool was easier/shorter/more convenient and the beach itself was less crowded. (Note, the whole stretch of beach is exactly the same along the coast, so driving a little further south was not a big deal--I initially wondered if we should be further north, but it's all the same and only 7 mins from Publix, Starbucks, Walgreens, etc. and about 25 mins from downtown St. Augustine). For the kids, we were happy to have boogie boards and buckets & shovels, along with beach chairs and an umbrella (both on the small size but work just fine). The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find spices, Pam cooking spray, a stainless steel water bottle, and a double broiler/veggie steamer--little things that we needed. I also appreciated Lynn's communication and availability on text, disposable supplies (toilet paper, roll of paper towel, laundry detergent, hand & dish soap, dishwasher detergent, toiletries), extra blankets, beach towels, First Aid kit, parking space directly in front of the condo/stairs, a keyless entry, the nest thermostat, and Netflix (we logged into our own account). If we plan another vacation, we're definitely staying here again! Thank you so much, Lynn!

Relaxing place to stay.

This was a very relaxing place for our family to stay. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owner was fantastic!! The beach was like we had our own private beach and could even drive on it which was nice. Sleeping to the ocean sounds was probably our favorite thing.

Beautiful view & very clean

This was our first time staying at this location. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a clean and well kept rental. Everything was exactly or better than described and pictured. I loved that there were stick vacuums ready for use upstairs and downstairs to keep the hard surface flooring feeling clean. The master bed was very comfortable. I did really miss having a television in the master bedroom though. The only thing I would have changed really. The grounds and pool were kept nice and clean at all times. The View... Oh the View!! I absolutely loved the panoramic beach and ocean view from the balcony as well as from the large master bedroom windows upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Well stocked and very clean!

We had a great week! Summer vacation with our college age kids. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We had everything we needed to cook meals. Loved having laundry right there so we could take everything home clean. This condo is on the beach! Lovely pool. Very clean condo! Would definitely recommend this property!

We loved the location!

The property was perfect for my family. Close enough to St. Augustine to do and see all that the Oldest City has to offer. Yet far enough to have a very quiet beach and relaxing stay. The pool was nice too. We would have liked to have more towels. Overall it is a great property and a good value.

Wonderful June getaway

Property was wonderful with a priceless view and easy access to the ocean. The place was very clean and we felt right at home and it contained all the dishes we needed and then some. Master bed was very comfortable with the same great view. We spent lots of time sitting on the patio watching the waves, birds, turtles, and people. Area was very quiet even with lots of families in the various units. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time with several easy trips into the St. Augustine area for the history, dining, and site seeing. Would definitely love to rent this unit again someday!

The small community and the pristine, quiet beach made Sea Haven the perfect choice. The sand is white and powdery and the amazing ocean front view made this the perfect choice for us.
