I can’t say enough positive feedback about this property. We hosted our 30 guest micro wedding here and our immediate family stayed on site. The cleanliness was immaculate, the property itself has stunning - fixtures and decor. This was an amazing elevated experience and I would recommend for anyone! Super clean, beautiful views, fun gorgeous pool. Very well kept. Alaya has to be the best management company we’ve stayed with VRBO. It’s a must stay!

We recently spent an unforgettable week at this incredible beachfront home with 18 family members, ranging in age from 3 months to 55 years old — and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We pick a different house on a different beach every year and this was definitely a stand-out. The house was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped for a large group like ours.The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare meals for a crowd, with plenty of cookware, utensils, and serving dishes. Every bed in the house was extremely comfortable, and we were especially impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was.The private beach access was a dream — quiet, (unlike the rest of Miramar Beach which was very crowded) and just steps away from the house. We also loved the extra amenities like bicycles for exploring the area, a workout room to stay active, and a game room that kept the kids (and adults!) entertained every evening.The infinity pool was great for the kids and the entire pool area was beautiful - lots of seating in both sun and shade.Parking was easy and more than sufficient for our group, and the nearby grocery stores made restocking convenient. Also very close to the Outlet Mall which was great on the one day it rained. Truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The management company took care of our every need answering questions prior to the trip and securing reservations for a crib and bouncer which was there upon arrival.

Best trip ever

This house was above and beyond anything we could’ve wanted. I can’t imagine a better place for our family of 10. 4 teenagers and 3 couples. It had something for everyone. Bikes that we ride on the sand, pool table, pac man machine, ping pong, and a huge weight room. The hot tub and pool were heated perfectly and it really just couldn’t have been better. If I had any complaint it would be that there weren’t any kitchen staples like salt and pepper and olive oil, etc. It would’ve been nice to not have to go buy all that stuff, and laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. But other than that, we had a perfect stay.

We had a really good time. The view of the beach from the front door is amazing. We enjoyed the beach from sunrise to sunset and even at night. The pool was enjoyed by everyone morning until midnight. The accommodations were nice. Plenty of space for all 25 of us. Have to say a private beach is great!

Amazing House and Spectacular View

This house was absolutely amazing. We stayed with a large group of people and everyone had plenty of room. The view and beach access was unbeatable. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Getting beach chairs and umbrellas set up and anything else we needed was a breeze. I would highly recommend this home.

Right on the beach. Spacious, well furnished. Property manager was very responsive. Beach service was a bit spotty…. Chairs and umbrellas not set up on time daily.

Our slice of heaven

We stayed here over New Year’s to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was the perfect place to bring the family together without having to leave! The master suite downstairs was extremely spacious and even had its own washer dryer which was beyond useful to keep up with the kids’ pool towels! The bunk rooms upstairs were so adorable and the kids loved having their kids only space. The kitchen was perfect for big groups and we never ran out of space. The downstairs game room made for some incredibly tense family competitions 😂. Being right on the beach was very convenient and we hope to come back in the summer for more beach time. Even though the ocean was pretty cold, the heated pool and spa more than made up for it! Some of our group spent hours on end in the pool. There were a couple things that we had to reach out to fix and Stephen and Katie were extremely responsive! And the maintenance team was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

The View! The View! The View!

This property is by far at the top of its class! The posted pics nor written description does the home justice. Everything is very well appointed and the owners have done a great job providing essentials to meet the needs of their guest... Our family gathered for a small intimate family reunion and to celebrate 5 of our college and professional graduates. Although we had many activities planned, no one wanted to leave the property to participate in them. Instead, we spent 90% of our time marveling at the perfect view, lounging in the exceptional hot tub/pool, and enjoying the most peaceful and rejuvenating beachfront ever! It is also worth noting, the elevator was tremendous hit in sending luggages to and from the cars. All in all, this property is definitely a 5 start gem!

This house is perfect for a large family gathering or even a guy/girls trip to the beach. The pool overlooking the private beach is beautiful. There's plenty of room for everyone (We had 20 people total, and everyone had a bed). We will be looking at this house again anytime we come back to the Destin/30A Area.

The house was beautiful and having a walk out beach was perfect. Everything was very clean and set up. Our only issue was hot tub problems that we had several times but they quick to send maintenance.

Amazing Property

We loved our stay at 138 Beach Dive West! The property was beautiful with plenty of space for family to sleep and relax. The outdoor space with infinity pool overlooking the ocean was gorgeous.

There were 8 adults and 6 children. Plenty of room. Loved the house. Alarm system was a nuisance and exit door was hard to open. Also very little light in basement play area. Hard for kids to see in evening. But overall the house was a hit. Best house we have seen and visited.

We were a group of 8 adults. Location is amazing! The pool, hot tub and beach we thoroughly enjoyed! A beautiful clean home with lots of room!! Property manager was helpful and made sure we were well taken care of! A nice addition would be to have dishwasher pods and some kitchen basics, like salt and pepper and tinfoil/plastic wrap, provided. We would definitely stay here again!!

spectacular but needs improvement

The house and location is spectacular! The house did need some improvement for the price though. Kitchenware was dirty and put back dirty. The small oven did not work. The shower did not drain. The elevator did not work. The size and location of the house was great for the 15 people that we had. The beach was beautiful and the pool was great to have for the kids!
