Great stay!

The house was beautiful and we had a great stay! We used the house as a home base for our wedding guests to stay before and after our wedding on a boat and it was perfect!

I can’t say enough positive feedback about this property. We hosted our 30 guest micro wedding here and our immediate family stayed on site. The cleanliness was immaculate, the property itself has stunning - fixtures and decor. This was an amazing elevated experience and I would recommend for anyone! Super clean, beautiful views, fun gorgeous pool. Very well kept. Alaya has to be the best management company we’ve stayed with VRBO. It’s a must stay!

Great beachfront location!

Loved this beach house! It is located directly on the beach with a hot tub right out the back door within perfect sight of the ocean! Beautiful and relaxing!!! Highly recommend!

We had a really good time. The view of the beach from the front door is amazing. We enjoyed the beach from sunrise to sunset and even at night. The pool was enjoyed by everyone morning until midnight. The accommodations were nice. Plenty of space for all 25 of us. Have to say a private beach is great!

Guys Trips to Destin

This house is perfect for a large family gathering or even a guy/girls trip to the beach. The pool overlooking the private beach is beautiful. There's plenty of room for everyone (We had 20 people total, and everyone had a bed). We will be looking at this house again anytime we come back to the Destin/30A Area.

Amazing House and Spectacular View

This house was absolutely amazing. We stayed with a large group of people and everyone had plenty of room. The view and beach access was unbeatable. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Getting beach chairs and umbrellas set up and anything else we needed was a breeze. I would highly recommend this home.

September 2017 Stay

The 138 Beach House is a terrific vacation spot with extraordinary views through the house of the beach. Cleaning quality of the home was in immaculate order and the infinity pool/hot tub was amazing while looking at the beach. We enjoyed going to restaurants, stores, Crab Island and spending lots of time at the beach. I would stay at the resort again also recommend it to anyone to vacation here.

What a beautiful home! We had a lovely time this week. The 360 staff made our pre-arrival very easy...the app is great and full of helpful information. We will be back!

A beautiful, clean, home!! Lots of room!!

We were a group of 8 adults. Location is amazing! The pool, hot tub and beach we thoroughly enjoyed! A beautiful clean home with lots of room!! Property manager was helpful and made sure we were well taken care of! A nice addition would be to have dishwasher pods and some kitchen basics, like salt and pepper and tinfoil/plastic wrap, provided. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing property

Right on the beach. Spacious, well furnished. Property manager was very responsive. Beach service was a bit spotty…. Chairs and umbrellas not set up on time daily.

May 2019 Stay

We had a great stay at this house. We came for a Girls Retreat - 26 women. The beds were very comfortable. Everything you can image was available, especially in the kitchen. Plenty of cookware, flatware, dishes and cups. Everything is pretty new, so it was nice that all things worked properly. We were blessed with beautiful weather the entire trip.

Beautiful house and beach!!!

The house was beautiful and having a walk out beach was perfect. Everything was very clean and set up. Our only issue was hot tub problems that we had several times but they quick to send maintenance.
