Excellent Overall

Everything about this property exceeded expectations. Will definitely consider staying here again. The beds were too firm for our liking. Considered buying a mattress topper but it already had one. Overflow parking area provided was great. Close to the beach, food, and shopping - great also! If your shoulders and back can handle the mattress, this is the place to stay!!

Wonderful Vacation!

We had the most wonderful vacation at Shore Beats Work! The house was so roomy and spotless. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was so nice and convenient! The house was a short golf cart ride to the beach and shops and restaurants! It was perfect for our family’s girl trip!!

Beautiful Home away from Home!

My family of 10 really enjoyed our 4 day stay here. The home was just as seen in pictures. More than enough space for everyone. I think the best thing this home had to offer is a bathroom in every room! No one had to wait to shower or use the restroom. PLUS, a 1/2 bath in the common area for visiting guests without having them go thru anyone’s room. The home was clean and had all the utensils/equipment needed. Communication with property manager was easy. We had a minor issue with the stove but maintenance tried to come asap to resolve issue. We were close to the beach access, restaurants, coffee shop, and about 10mins away from publix. I just wished that there was more street lighting in the neighborhood.. if you are driving home from somewhere late at night it can be difficult to see if anyone is in road, walking. But I find that it isn’t just an issue in the neighborhood but just along 30A in general as well. OVER ALL, loved our stay here and would book again if we could in the future! Price was also reasonable for how last min we booked it for.

Convenient location, quiet, well-appointed home

From the ease of entry via code sent prior to arrival to the convenient location that is a bit more quiet than the busy 30A but a very quick walk to the beach (and super convenient to the stores on 98), this is a clean and well-appointed rental home. The kitchen is well-stocked and the home is fresh. We had minor challenges getting the heat going on the main floor, but the property management company was extremely quick to respond. Our only challenge was the fact that the primary bedroom has no closet available to renters (locked for owners). We were just two people, so we used the adjacent rooms for our clothes, but a month in a home with no closet was quite inconvenient. We knew this going in, and it really was not ideal, unless you just use drawers or your suitcase and don’t want to hang up any clothes. Other than that, a great home for a 30A vacation!

Wonderful vacation home

The home was in a great location to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, well appointed home. Ladies beach trip and we enjoyed it so much. Very clean. Property managers responded quickly to our needs. Will stay here again if possible.

First visit to 30a

Absolutely loved our stay here. We rented bikes for the week and didn’t even need them to get to the beach - it was a quick walk. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. You do have to cross a busy road as you exit the neighborhood, which is scary with kids. But the local drivers seem to be on alert for pedestrians and always stop to let you cross. The house itself was much bigger than we expected from the photos. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - very convenient for our group of 10. (Although the hot water heater had trouble keeping up with all four showers going at once!) The house was perfectly clean and smelled really nice. The decor is welcoming and simple and we all commented on how pleasing it is. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed to cook and relax for the week. All in all couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Loved It!

We really enjoyed the stay! We were close to the beach and restaurants. The house was clean and actually still smelled new. Not having a closet in the master was a small inconvenience. We would stay there again in the future.

Lovely Vacation Rental

Beautiful home very conveniently located (walking distance-literally minutes) to Beach, Restaurants, Walking/Bike trails, shopping. The property is truly "Homey", with all the amenities included. We would highly recommend it to others and would rent again.

Great location

This, overall, is a great property. We have stayed in this area before and the location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and right around the corner from the pool. The house was super clean when we arrived. There are only a couple of things that are worth mentioning. One, there is no closet in the Master bedroom. This was very odd since it is the master. There is a closet, but it was locked so there was no place to hang clothes. I have rented for years and I have never encountered this. This leads me to the second issue. I text the property management company about this and no one bothered to return a call or even respond via text. I had one other question after we arrived and did the same, but still no response. I even called, and no one picked up. So, all in all, the house was fine, but don’t expect to get any answers if you need something.

Fun Trip

Clean house, pool close, easy walk to beach. It was a great time. The only thing we wish was different was that we could have the access code to change the thermostat. It got hot at night as the thermostat would reset to 77 while sleeping.
