Yes, this is truly a paradise. We try and blend the Hawaiian & the Hawaiian Penthouses with modern touches, such as Stainless-Steel appliances for a modern sleek look. Fully stocked kitchen, King Beds in all Bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and of course a Washer & Dryer so you may pack light and enjoy your weeks to months in our Maui Penthouses. Maui Penthouses do not have AC; however, we have the Hawaiian Tradewinds that brings in the cool breeze. Incredible Location 5 minutes to either Lahaina or Kapalua.
Incredible Direct Ocean/Beach View, we did not want to see Condo’s across from ours, and looking at us. After all we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, not another Condo unit.
We wanted Penthouses. In the resorts or other Vacation Rentals we were so tired of listening to the people above pounding their feet, and or the endless movement of the furniture. It can be so annoying, so Penthouses only.
Both the Master Bedroom, and Living Room to have Ocean/Beach direct views with Lanais. Again, we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, the Master and Living Room Incredible views is a Mandatory for us.
We bring these things up because we found so many places did not have these. These are just some of our thoughts that Gracie and I think of what a Hawaiian Paradise should be. Wonderful place! We were able to snorkel right out back and saw a turtle.

Guido was a wonderful host and called prior to us arriving to make sure we had everything we needed. Great coffee shop right across the street and perfect spot to sit in the water right out front.

Great Place!

Our stay here in May 2022 was perfect.. great location, great views and great time! The place was comfortable for 4 adults, a little quieter than the busier areas of Maui, but perfect location. Well stocked and comfortable. Owner was very accommodating and excellent communication - would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Stay, relax, don’t want to leave!

Stunning location on the water provided endless entertainment watching breaching whales, turtles swimming by and relaxing sound of waves. Easy access to safe snorkeling area. Condo was fully stocked with just about everything a guest would need. Owner very responsive throughout our 9 day stay. .

Perfect Maui Location with Spectacular View and Kind Host

This penthouse has spectacular views, perfect location close to everything and was stocked well for our stay of 10 days with both kids under 8. The host Guido is kind and went above and beyond to find resources for us whenever we reached out. Would definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends.

Fantastic location!

Property was just as listed-fully stocked, excellent location and the VIEWS! Literally water FRONT. We watched whale shows all day, every day (January) from the lanai. All amenities were on site-can’t think of anything we wanted that wasn’t there. Would definitely book again!

Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as described. Outstanding views. Extremely well equipped. The only thing lacking was an oven mitt. Beds were very comfortable. Had an issue with the door locks and maintenance came out quickly to resolve the issue. Office staff very friendly. Would stay there again.

Amazing Views.......saw whales breaching from the lanai.

This condo turned out to be a great choice for our stay in Maui. Only steps away from the water, you go to sleep and wake up to the sounds of waves crashing in. Sounds of the waves are so relaxing and calming, then you see a whale breach while sitting on the lanai and it makes your heart race a little. Great selection with no regrets! Guido and Gracie have thought of everything you would need at this condo and have made it available for their guests. I also really appreciated the fact that Guido reached out prior to our trip to share details, make suggestions and offer up any hurdles we may face while traveling during the Covid era. Hats off to Guido and Gracie for sharing their little piece of paradise with us and making this trip a great memory for many years to come. Should we make it back to Maui ever again, Guido and Gracie will be my first call. Awesome trip! Thanks for your hospitality and seeing to it our stay met our standards, as well as yours. J. Barker

Lovely Property

This is the first time that we have booked and stayed at a VRBO property. I must say, we were not disappointed with Guido and Grace's Property ID 9390339 - Penthouse >> Ocean / Beach Front MILLION $ Views Spectacular 2Bd2Ba. The property was as described and more. All of the rooms were very well appointed with super comfortable beds. The kitchen had all of the amenities/appliances to make it very easy to eat-in/cook which was super helpful given we had two "little people"/children with us. The two decks had both lounge chairs and a dining table that could accommodate all of us. We enjoyed many meals and beverages there! Going to the beach, not to worry. The property had a number of beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and toys for the kiddos. There is great snorkeling at the property too. You're also within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and other stores. I'm a runner, so for people who are looking for a beautiful place to run or walk, you're just a few blocks from the Ka'anapali boardwalk, which is ideal for a morning or evening run or stroll. And did I mention the view from this property? What a joy to wake up to the panoramic view from the main living area and master bedroom. And I can't say enough about how amazing the owners were to work with. They were super responsive to all of our questions, and super accommodating. Their goal is definitely to create an amazing experience for their guests! Thinking of going to Maui? I would definitely recommend this property. Many thanks Guido and Grace!

Pure Relaxation

What an amazing penthouse! The perfect view, crashing waves and nearly constant breeze will make it hard to leave. However, the location is perfect - markets, coffee shop, eateries and the beach are all close and in walking distance. We had an amazing time and we’re able to truly relax. Guido’s condo is excellently appointed and had everything we would need - and more! He was responsive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check in. If we find ourselves in Maui again, I would not hesitate to stay here. Don’t pass it up!

Perfect in every way!

The photos don’t do this property justice. You are literally ocean front. And the crash of the ocean waves that lull you to sleep prove it. We took an extra long weekend trip - Girl’s trip! Guido was amazing and even called me when I had left him an email to make sure I understood his reply. The check in packet was perfect. A ton of information about the property and the island. We had been here before, but if we were new to the area - we had all the information we needed to enjoy the surrounding area. The apartment has everything you need. From fun toys for the water to cooking supplies. We cooked a very nice meal on Saturday night and even had a InstaPot to help speed things along. Beds were comfy and the place was spotless. Cool ocean breezes funneled right through all day long. The bonus and this may seem trivial, but the best feature was that the property had luggage carts - anyone who has stayed at a VRBO that has elevators can relate - hauling in groceries and luggage can take several trips. Done in 1. I book my VRBOs based on location first and then reviews. Because it’s here that I get a good feel for the property and working with the owners. If you are on the fence, book this place. We love the location because it’s a bit further - and by further I only mean 2 miles - but that’s enough to get you out of the Kanaapali Crowd and Lahaina is a real mess right now with homeless. This is just perfect and the closer to Napili and Kapalua the better. It only took me 9 minutes to get the Safeway in Lahaina, so seriously worth it to be a bit further west. Thank you, Guido - we’ll be back!!

Highly recommend

Guido and Gracie made sure that anything you could possibly need was already at the condo. The balcony view was amazing and we even went and practiced our body surfing skills! It was so nice to sleep woth the master doors open and listen to the ocean all night. It was also quiet where the penthouse was. The gas grills downstairs made for a great steak night too! When we go back will definitely be staying here again!!

Wonderful vacation rental

I had a wonderful time staying in this condo. After another property canceled on us last minute we stayed here and had a lovely time. The view was incredible and the kitchen well stocked. Bed was also extremely comfortable. Would stay again!

Beautiful views of sunset!

Excellent for families. Everyone loved the beach with snorkeling on the property. The pool area and hot tub were very clean - enjoyed the amazing views. In-room laundry is convenient for packing light. Kitchen is perfectly set-up and stocked for stepping in and cooking full meals. Recommend planning to eat on the porch (lanai) and watch the turtles swim in the surf.

The property was perfect for a small family getaway. The views are spectacular; watching the turtles play in the surf every morning and even spotted whales one morning. Highly recommend.

First class all the way!

This is the perfect spot. From the moment we walked it to the breathtaking view to enjoying dinner on the Lanai, it was perfect. Everything needed was on property and then some! This will definitely be our first choice on our next trip to the island.

Beautiful property with stunning views. Very comfortable and well stocked with essentials and extras. Hosts were very responsive to any needs we may have had. Really enjoyed our stay, just never long enough, and will definitely go back hopefully with the family again!

Who the people above you are going to be, will they be Feet Pounders or Furniture Movers? Having uncomfortable Beds limited cooking facilities, the list goes on and on. We decided to purchase the BEST properties with the Best locations and the BEST views. Why this property? Location, Location Location. We have looked all over for the Dream Penthouse in the Kaanapali area. Why Kaanapali you may ask? Because we believe this spot has the most beautiful sunsets, best whale, and turtle watching on the planet, OK maybe we should say "on the island". Another Big Reason is having Great Ocean/Beach Views and Lanai's from the Master Bedroom and the Living room. For us having an Ocean/Beach Front Penthouse and not having the view and Lanai from the Master is just a unbelievable. We were shocked at how many properties did not have this! What we expect for a Ocean/Beach Front Penthouse is as soon as you enter your eyes are just memorized by the amazing view, as this Penthouse does. Another great benefit is it's just minutes to either Lahaina or Kapula, it’s in between both of them. Right across the street are local restaurants, and of course the Farmers Market. Next door is Honokōwai Beach Park so you could not ask for a better location. I could go on and on about how wonderful, incredible, spectacular, etc etc.. But my words will never do our Ocean/Beach Front Penthouse justice!

Both the Master Bedroom, and Living Room to have Ocean/Beach direct views with Lanais. Again, we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, the Master and Living Room Incredible views is a Mandatory for us.
We bring these things up because we found so many places did not have these. These are just some of our thoughts that Gracie and I think of what a Hawaiian Paradise should be. Hopefully once you experience them you will also.
