Things that could improve

Great vacation spot; location, cleanliness and amenities. Couples of small things would make it even better. Supply dish towels and bath mat. Also, I would get rid of the bedroom TV and replace with an armoire to have better storage for clothing. Lastly, a suitcase rack would be great for unpacking. Thanks for a fun weekend!

Ok place to stay

It was incredibly warm considered it was only 65 outside and the heat was completely off. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa bed and the floors were dirty. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also, the shower curtain is too small and water went on the floor. Loved the soap dispensers in the shower and the location was great.

Great location close to beach

Wonderful location in downtown Long Beach. Short walk to the beach to stroll on the boardwalk. Super comfy bed and well appointed kitchen. The host was great to work with!

Rod Run Weekend

This was a fantastic location right down tow and close to everything. Our reserved parking was right outside our door and at night a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Great location for Long Beach Town Experience

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and most of the attractions in town. The bathroom is pretty tiny and doesn't have much counter space. I'm not a big fan of unfinished wood surfaces in the bathroom since these types of surfaces are hard to keep clean. If that were updated it would also look more appealing. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was and I appreciated the extra blankets. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a weekend trip for the two of us.

It was really cute and we loved the location. But the restaurant was extremely loud with all of the banging. Really disliked the hidden fees over $200 in fees.

Wonderful, clean studio apartment

Great little studio apartment for a weekend get away. Fully functional kitchen and TVs with streaming services on them. Owners were very helpful and communicative. Will definitely book again.

Nice beach getaway!

We had heat issues, then the thermostat finally worked. The owner will be replacing it. After that, all was well, and we enjoyed a nice clean, quiet stay.

Perfect location and swanky studio!

I came with my daughters and it was a really cute studio with plenty of room for the 3 of us and all the essential amenities. The host was super attentive and the location was perfect! Will be certainly be back in the future!

Perfect location and venue

Great relaxing weekend in Long Beach. Room was very clean, plenty of towels and necessities. Restaurant closed at 8 pm so no noise issues. Short walk to the beach. Scoopers is across the street which makes for easy access to an evening snack. Would stay here again.

Great location and great host!

Such a great location and wonderful host. Only downside was there only being 1 window it got a little humid in there but with the fan and window open it was fine.

Great little studio, perfect location.

We loved it there! The only down-side was communication: didn't receive check-in instructions until I called Evolve to ask about it. Also, we emailed the owner/contact and asked about early check in, and still haven't heard back (4 days late).

Great little studio!

the studio was perfect for just the two of us. Place was clean and tidy, loved the fact that it had 2 smart TV's. Didnt have AC but dont really need it on the coast we just left the door open with the fan. Was within walking distance to most everything.. I would stay here again!

This is a perfect little spot. So close to the beach! The only thing I would add is that it did get a little stuffy. But overall, a wonderful experience!

Cute apartment, issues with check-in

We liked the apartment once we were able to get in an enjoy it. We arrived about an hour after we were allowed to check-in (around 5:00) and the apartment hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants. The property manager was prompt to respond and admitted to their error in scheduling the cleaners. We were asked to leave for a few hours so the cleaner could come and take care of it for us. We weren't able to get back into the unit until nearly 10:30, much later than we wanted. There were no other issues once we were in and the apartment is cute, just as advertised.

Amazing location!

Perfect location to explore Long Beach! Comfortable and cozy studio fit the 4 of us just fine. STEPS from Scoopers ice cream parlor! Only request would be a window to crack to combat the stuffiness, but great place to stay!

A delightful place

This little place is a delight! It was clean, modern and very quiet. The very best thing is where it’s located: right in the heart of downtown! You are just minutes from anywhere! Parking is adequate and the apartment is well-furnished! Check-in was a bit of a surprise! My suggestion—-Include in the vrbo check-in description for the property a photo of the front door &/or a clear description of the property name: “101 Getaway.” There are several studios/apartments marked with signs, but it was unclear which of these were the vrbo, much to the chagrin of us confused guests and other disturbed tenants. Also, it would definitely clear up any confusion if the term “keyless entry” was more correctly worded “exterior lockbox on porch post.” For our stay, I was able to text the contact person with our questions and he was reasonably quick with helpful responses. I would definitely stay here again, now that we know which apartment is which.

Great Location!

This place is close to everything! Even though we ran into some issues during check-in, the property contact was quick to respond and do what was needed to make it right, which we really appreciated! Went here for a quick 2 day getaway with a friend and couldn't have asked for a better location!

Clean & Bright in the Middle of the Action

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely responsive to our requests and the place was tidy, trendy; Including night stands with chargers, fluffy pillows and WiFi. The unit is was right in the middle of town, and could not have been more convenient, literally a few blocks from the beach and steps from all Long Beach shops. The only down side of this is that it does share a wall with the neighboring, family-friendly pub. No late night crazies, but we did clearly hear the evening’s cleanup around 10am each night. The host did provide ear plugs, and we all slept fine. Things that would bring this unit to its tippy top: A broom and dust pan to keep sand at bay. A small step stool to reach the pans at the top of the shelf. A window with a screen to let in a breeze. A plusher mattress. In the end- for the location, tidiness and responsiveness of the host, plus it’s user friendly ability for us to cook on our vacation- it is definitely worth the price and perfect for our small family of four.

Such a cute comfortable studio!!

This place was GREAT!! We loved it from the minute we walked in. We were two friends on a girls getaway. It was adorable and so clean!! There was plenty of room. Everything felt brand new. The only downside is it got a little bit stuffy and I wish there had been a window to open or a fan to get the air moving. The location was perfect for a couple days on the beach!!
