Kickback with an awesome view!

Just a great getaway villa overlooking the south side of St. Johns not far from beaches. Cool breezes and wonderful views surrounded by eclectic trees and plants. Do it!

Tropical plants and amaze ng views

Great place to stay. Elvis showed us all the plants around the property before he left us to enjoy the place which was so enjoyable. The place is cuter than the pictures and the view was the best we saw on trip. It is on a mountain so prepare to be a lil cooler than the beaches. Our mistake was not getting a rental… which was difficult to find taxi small enough to navigate the roads… most taxis are large van/ small buses. So please get a rental as main road up to place is a well maintained road… just curves at top make difficult for larger taxis. Close to Moho bay which was awesome! Also be prepared that there is upstairs unit which we had and renters likely will be on the floor below. So somewhat private… unless they are on the bottom deck and you are on the top! But really a great place. Hope to visit this place in the future!!

A truly hidden gem with a phenomenal view!!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet place away from downtown and preferably with a great view. This place was both of these and then some!Coral Bay Harbor View is such a great villa on the east end of St. John right off of the main road. Just a short 15 minute (6 miles) drive from Cruz Bay. Very private and very quiet area. The only thing you’ll hear at night are the tree frogs and night birds.Elvis and Paulina were very great to communicate with and very understanding when our flight was delayed and we arrived late. Elvis gave a great tour of the place and gave us helpful information about the area.We had zero complaints with the villa. Everything we needed was provided…from beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. They all came in handy. The manicured landscaping is beautifully done. The views of the vibrant bougainvillea bushes out every window was very beautiful.Lastly, the highlight of this place is the absolutely phenomenal view from the deck. When you step out you can’t help but say “Oh my God!”. It’s an amazing view of Coral Bay harbor and several British Virgin Islands. Waking up to the sunrise view from the bed each morning was amazing.We highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it! Hope to be back someday.- Jenni & Dennis - Champaign, Illinois

Villa on a high peak with spectacular views

Amazing views! Pictures online do not do it justice. Spacious. Everything you need to go to beach available in villa. Coolers, chairs, umbrella ,beach towels and even a set of hiking poles for trails. Only cons for me. Bed is quite firm and no air conditioning. Lotsbreezes

Top of the Island Haven

Elvis and Paulina have done a beautiful job of making an idyllic retreat in the middle of St. John. We loved exploring the island, and staying on the quieter Coral Bay side, and the views the balcony were terrific. Fun the watch little squalls of rain come in from the BVIs, to grab dinner at Skinny legs, hike the nearby trails, and soak in the northside abd southside beaches. Hope it never develops more. Protect our National parks! Oh and Elvis has quite the botanical gardens around this well appointed (and more spacious than pictured) apartment.

Loved every minute of our stay!

First time visiting St. John, but we were very impressed with our stay. The villa was larger than we expected from the photos, and the view was so spectacular my wife didn't want to go to the beaches. Elvis was a great host and very welcoming. The villa itself had all of the beach gear we needed (towels, chairs, snorkel gear). It was perfect for us on our ten year anniversary trip.

Amazing stay / stunning views!

My wife and I enjoyed a 6 night stay at this property owned by Elvis and Paulina. They were great hosts!We expected nice views from the porch but were truly stunned by the views to the east over Coral Bay, and the north toward the north shore. Words can't describe it! The unit is ideal for a couple - not a family with kids as the porch is high off the ground. Location is ideal for exploring the eastern end of the island and the beaches along the north shore of St. John. The unit is well equipped with everything you might need. If you are planning to use the BBQ, be sure and let Elvis know ahead of time. My wife and I spent 18 days in the USVI, and these 6 nights were our last and definitely the best!

Best views on the island. Great sunrises. Night sky was fantastic. Clean. Nice to have beach chairs and a cooler to take snorkeling. Paulina was easy to communicate with. The driveway is steep, but easy to navigate with a Jeep. Would definitely recommend and do again.

Great Spot

Great spot up on the mountain up and out of the hustle and bustle of all the tourist traps. Great views up in the cool mountain air and only 5-10 minutes to the various National park beaches. Elvis has the place beautifully landscaped and even brought by some fruit from the property. Wouldn’t change a thing and hope to come back. Book it, you won’t regret it. I would bring coffee with me as it can’t be found in any store on the island for less than $21/ bag. Starfish market in Cruz bay has the best selection of steak for the grill, midway market is the cleanest market and has a great selection of produce and a full service gas station.

We just loved this place! The view is incredible! The sunrises are spectacular. Just a very relaxing and comfortable spot overlooking Coral Bay.

This villa is build into the hillside overlooking Coral Bay. We woke up to the sun rising over the bay. At night we sat on the deck and could see the lights on other islands and on the boats in Hurricane Hole, and could look straight up and see innumerable stars in the very black sky. There were many wonderful beaches within a 30 minute or less drive. We walked beaches in the morning and hiked a different trail each afternoon. The steep driveway was a bit challenging when another vehicle was also parked in it.

Beautiful and relaxing

I cant even begin to describe how special this spot is and how much we enjoyed our stay. The bed was so comfortable and the deck was our favorite place to sit whenever we had a free moment. The view was incredible, and we were constantly in awe of our surroundings. It was a perfect place for 2 people who wanted to just relax and get away from the chaos of the world. Thank you for the wonderful Caribbean fruit cake on New Years Eve. It was heavenly.

Amazing place to stay

The owners Elvis and Paulina are amazing and make sure you have everything you need. They were very gracious hosts. The property is beautiful and the view is incredible. Very clean, comfortable and has everything you need! Coral bay is our favorite place to stay now. Thank you for an amazing trip!

Coral bay harbor view

Nice property right there on the side of the mountain. Amazing view wonderful breeze. Great host. He's a wonderful guy. Only knocks on the stay was that there's no AC. Great breeze but if its not blowing your in for a rough time. Ceiling fans just dont get the job done without the breeze. 2. The blackouts on the island happen pretty often from what ive heard. Everything on the property is ran on electricity so you have to be prepared with some generators just in case its out over a long period of time. That could ruin someone's entire vacation and waste your money. 3. If someone is staying at the property as well, the parking situation can be difficult because you'll have to back down the mountain driveway which is an adrenaline rush to say the least. Overall we gave it 3.5 out of 5.

A home in paradise!

My husband and I stayed in this property during our 15th anniversary trip. It was clean, new, nicely and thoroughly furnished/supplied, and had the most gorgeous view off the deck of Coral Bay and surrounding areas. I loved relaxing on the loungers just taking it all in! Centrally located and off the main road yet quiet, with steady breezes to keep it cool and flowering bougainvillea all around. The hosts were thoughtful, communicated well, and available if anything was needed. I can't wait to come back!
