My spouse and I currently live outside of Washington D.C. in Virginia but we will always be New Englanders at heart. We are a blended family and share our 4 beautiful children who are our heart and soul. When we are not working, we are very active people and always on the move. We love to travel, explore new places, entertain family and friends and attend sporting events.

Private over sized lot & lanai w/ new furniture, outdoor quiet oasis w/ hammock, 2 dining tables, chairs & gas grill. 2 bikes, beach chairs, towels, and toys. 1 mile to public beach & 2 miles to all GORGEOUS beaches on island.
Yay! BEACH RENOURISHMENT is complete adding hundreds of feet of beautiful sand to our private beach! Home is fully stocked with all you need for the ultimate beach vacation. Everything is new, clean and well maintained. Bikes, boogie boards, rafts, beach umbrella, beach toys and other beach equipment included! Outdoor shower located on the side of the house to wash the sand away. The house and outdoor space has been fully updated for guests to enjoy. The yard has been completely rejuvenated, say goodbye to the high grasses and welcome the extra backyard space with plenty of open room to rest in the hammock or relax in the shade of the palm trees and read a book.
Our home offers something for all ages, family games, ping pong, dart board, flat screen smart TV's in living room and bedrooms, take one, leave one free book library, etc. Free golf cart shuttle to and from restaurants, bars, and public beaches. We pride ourselves on providing guests with a great vacation experience in a clean and family friendly home just steps away from our private beach. Additional parking available on the side of the house for an RV or boat!
