Everything about this property was AMAZING! The host was super friendly and so helpful. Checking in was easy. The place was spotless and decorated so nice. It was great having beach towels and chairs available to use. The outside of the property was beautifully landscaped like a tropical paradise. It also has a nice BBQ grill and patio furniture to enjoy as well as the lanai. The memorial benches were wonderful to enjoy the sunsets. I would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a place steps from the beach, this is it!!

We stayed at for a week during Spring break this year. The property was super clean, well kept, well stocked and overall great place. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The host was super responsive when I had a question. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing week!

We had such a great family vacation here! The property was immaculate, very clean and updated. The grounds were pristine and we enjoyed the peaceful, outdoor area. The location was unbeatable and steps to the beautiful, blue ocean and there was hardly anyone on the beach area. The house had absolutely everything we needed. We appreciated the nice beach gear and the stainless cookware. The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated beautifully. The owner was very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. Would 100% recommend staying here. Great surrounding restaurants as well, with tons to do around the area.

This is by far the nicest, most beautiful rental I’ve stayed in anywhere in Florida. The host was amazing—accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The location of this property is absolutely perfect—steps to the beach, 10 minute walk to restaurants. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, updated with top of the line everything, high-end appliances, three cozy bedrooms, two beautiful bathrooms, it’s nicer than my own home. Well stocked with whatever you might need, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, beach towels, etc. I’m a fairly particular person when it comes to travel accommodations. I like nice things, has to be clean. There’s not one single thing I could think of that could have been better. Will absolutely stay here again, already planning our next trip and haven’t even left yet!

Best little getaway

This was an amazing quick weekend getaway and the property was very charming and clean! Comfy beds and sheets and cozy couch and fun pool table! Excellent location and just a short walk to a beautiful private beach! Lots of great places to eat within a couple miles of the property. Will definitely be staying here again! Definitely a Home away from home!

MUST STAY!!

We fell in love with the location and home! Everything was perfect for our stay steps away from the beach. Screened in porch with the fan was amazing to relax after a day at the beach. We hope to make this a regular visit!

We enjoyed two weeks at this two-bedroom condo just one block from the beautiful beach of the southern part of Manasota Key. The second story porch gave us a view of the beach and a lively sea breeze. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed including a dishwasher and multiple TV screens. All very comfortable!Restaurants are nearby as is Chadwick Park Beach.

Very nice home like, great for family/friends gatherings. Suggest clarification on ad as to number of bathrooms, this place has only 1 bathroom & a outdoor shower. Great location. Will come back!

Hello we now have 2 full baths with custom tile and stone showers and the outdoor shower. We did a total renovation pleaee check out our home online it is totally new and different :) The house is totally renovated. Love to have back to see us again

Beech weekend getaway

Absolutely loved the house! And really only 60 steps to the beach. No problems with the neighbors in beach every one was very friendly, plenty of places to eat less than 1 mile away. Had a really relaxing and enjoyable time. The owners are on top of everything!

We have been here since 1995 and take pride in our family’s home. We have a high percentage of guests returning to our house because they fall in love with the area and its old Florida charm.

This quaint beach house is within walking distance to a Tiki bar on the bay, fine dining and casual restaurants as well as a convenience store and other shopping and boardwalk. We have simply tried to think of everything you would want, or need, to make your vacation a very special experience. We are 150 feet from one of the most beautiful beaches that Florida has to offer, as well as being only 600 feet from Lemon Bay. Bring your boat, use one of the nearby ramps, rent a dock or moor on the bay. You will have direct access to the Gulf within minutes. This is a renowned fished and boating area. You can surf cast off the beach from anywhere on the island, or charter boats for tarpon, flounder, grouper, mackerel or redfish.It doesn't get any better than this!
This home is the perfect getaway from the bustle and noise of everyday life, or to enjoy the glamour and excitement of Florida's Gulf Coast. The choice is yours:Spend a day at the beach, just doing...nothingExplore protected wildlife areas and bird sanctuariesVisit Stump Pass State Park or Dine at one of the local restaurants.
This home is only minutes (0.4 miles) from some of the finest dining and nightlife in Florida. The area also has plenty of opportunities for shopping, golf, boating, fishing and much more. We are within easy driving distance of many of Florida's most popular cities and attractions. Venice and Sarasota are a short drive, and provide many cultural attractions and unusual shopping opportunities. We are within a 2-3 hour drive of Tampa/St.Petersburg, Orlando (Disney World), Fort Myers and Naples.
