Room was ok- not a fan of the property

There is no front desk. You have to search for workers for any help. The luggage carts are locked up and generally no one there to unlock them. Half the time the code boxes wouldn’t work. There are also no amenities on the property. The room overall was spacious and well maintained. Just not a fan of the property.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. It sounds like you need to book your next vacation at a resort or hotel. These are individually owned condominiums. Most of our guest like fact that they don’t have to wait in a line at a front desk to check in. It could not be easier. If you had a problem opening in your lockbox you should have called us. We provided you a number that we can be reached at 24/7. We have 24 hour maintenance. As far as amenities- I’m not sure what else you want? We have an indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, full service tiki bar, gym, salon and private beach access.

Mar vista grande 1115 condo

Rental was great. Nice and clean, very large. We have 4 teen age boys and still plenty of room to not trip over people.
