Second stay

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this condo. We have had a great stay each year. Lots of updates were made within the last year. Such a convenient location. My family and I love this condo!

Wonderful stay

We travel to Myrtle Beach every year and stay in Kingston Plantantion. This was our first year staying at this location and was thoroughly pleased. The house was up to date with all of the amenities. Very close to the beach and great eating options nearby. The host was very friendly. We look forward to coming back another year.

Disappointing stay

The property was in the Kingston Plantation, excellent location BUT when we arrived, found the accent chairs to be ripped and stained, couch was stained, appliances damaged, air vents clogged with dust, and the furniture was dusty! Notified the property manager who did nothing to resolve our concerns. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!

Great location

The rental was as advertised-very cozy and more than adequate for the two of us. We enjoyed our stay and the resort is very quiet and well maintained--would stay in that resort again. Our condo could have been cleaner, but I didn't report that--just did some cleaning myself. Living room chairs are well-worn and definitely needs a new mattress on the king-sized bed.

We had a very great stay! Loved the location. Very short walk to the pool & beach both. The house could use a deep clean, but everything else was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

CLOSE TO GORGEOUS BEACH

The place is nice enough for the price and the location. We stayed 5 nights. Our favorite part was the short walk to the beach! Bathroom, kitchen and bedroom were clean enough. I understood where some other reviewers were coming from but didn't feel like it impacted our stay. There is parking space for one vehicle. The king bed is on the softer side. Kitchen has dishes but no oil/salt/pepper. One roll of TP provided (I'm sure we could have called for another but decided to buy our own instead). TV has netflix. We didn't use any of the amenities. One of the outdoor sprinklers hits the bedroom wall if it goes off in the middle of the night (only happened on our last night). Seems like it would be good for a family with young kids or just a couple (like us). Anyhow we liked the place and overall would recommend for a quiet vacation -- didn't hear a peep out of any neighbors!

Awesome spot

Everything was great. Clean location, comfortable bed and a short walk to the ocean. Extremely safe and close to the action. Price is misleading because of all the fees but would definitely recommend.

The property was in a good location very cozy however the details say no pets allowed but we found dog hair and the blankets and the bedspread smelled like dog also we ran out of toilet tissue only had one roll and the morning to check out I found a roach in the bathtub and found a couple of hairs on the sofa

Fall Vacation

We really enjoyed staying so close to the beach without being in a hotel, but in a small condo like house. It fit our needs perfectly!

inside of property needs work

not impressed with cleanliness or overall appearance of inside of unit. chairs in living room appear to have stains on both. Ceiling fan blades in bedroom very dirty and dusty. front of refrigerator had rust spots al over. tried to use oven mits in drawer but they both had something on them and was very dirty. furnishings was very dated. the outside of property was very nice but was overall disappointed with the inside of unit.

Disappointing Trip to visit our Grandchildren

The property is cute, but not very well equipped in the kitchen. No colander, no cork screw, no vegetable peeler. Also, no hairdryer! The website for this property lists Splash a water park on the premises, but we were told that our property owner did not have access to these amenities. The internet went out and we lost a day getting that taken care of. The property manager was very helpful. I would not rent here again! We’ve used VRBO many times and have never been so disappointed!

I would describe it as nice but a little tired in appearance. For a single guy it was the perfect size. Bed was comfy. Short walk to the beach. No toaster which after a phone call was supposed to resolved but never was. The condo was one of the Kingston Plantation properties so there were no other amenities available (fitness center, spa, other pools…). Neighbors were very friendly and area felt very safe. I would consider renting it again

Great choice!

The condo was furnished nicely, well maintained, and private because it’s on the end. The bed was so comfortable! The property manager was responsive and helpful. We’ve stayed in many Kingston Plantation condos, and this is one of our favorites now. FSS

Overall, a good stay. Condo was cute and neat and convenient. It felt a bit too much like a hotel and needs better towels. Sheets should be provided for the Murphy Bed and a basic colander. We did have a good stay though and would consider it again.

Great vacation

Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it. We plan on going again. We had friends and family there also. Some own some rented. We were walking distance to the beach. Loved the whole Kingston Plantation.

Centrally Located

Unit was small, great for a couple. Kitchen was outdated, but functional. Gated section of Myrtle close to the Tangier Outlets and centrally located. Plenty of amenities in the community.
