The place was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. We have stayed in many rentals like this and usually feel like they are not quite clean enough. This had no dust in the corners, dirty walls, grimey dishes or anything that made you feel it was just surface clean. Kitchen was super well stocked if we wanted to do any cooking or have containers to store food etc. furniture and beds were also great. I appreciated that it was stocked with the little things.. soap, garbage bags, paper towels etc. Those make a big difference. The only thing I would have liked to have were some beach chairs to take when visiting other beaches. As far as the overall community : We didn’t use the pool at all and would normally have used the hot tub, but the first night we walked by it exploring, it was dark (no real lights around it) and there were two people in it we couldn’t see. That just kind of gave off a vibe of “who knows what goes on in there” because it’s not well lit, so we stayed away. ;). Getting to the parking lot and beach from the unit involved a couple flights of steps. Not an issue for us but would be a huge issue for someone with mobility issues. Tennis courts were fun and nice that the clubhouse had free racquet and balls to use. Even better if they turned them into pickleball courts! We would stay here again and found it convenience to get to wherever we wanted to go. We also had a car, which I think is a must for this location. (At least for us)
