Family Fun

This home is a quick stroll to the beach and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. The long built in table was great for our large family dinners.

Perfect beach home

Location was perfect and the house was beautiful. The owners were so helpful and friendly. Perfect for a large family or a few families. Plenty of space and had everything we needed.

Great location to the beach and shops. wish you would replace pool table with couches. It was a great place. Really enjoyed the large decks .

Overall, very nice house with plenty of room. Great spot close to the beach. The only area for improvement would be a garbage disposal and more trash bins. We would rent again!

Great place

We all enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly what was viewed online. The pool table was nice to have as it entertained when the weather kept us in. Communication with management couldn’t of been any better. I definitely would stay again!

Great time

Great location to the beach. Short walk to see July 4th fireworks. Had to sweep and mop the first day. Loved having our own pool and hot tub which is maintained daily (hot tub stopped being hot 2nd day but jets were still good). Great big wooden table in the kitchen so we could all gather to eat and talk together. Overall had a great time at this property

Large, comfortable home with great pool

The home was comfortable and roomy. The pool had good shade in the afternoon, so the little ones could play for hours. Our only concern was that every day there was someone at the property doing little odd jobs. It seemed a little disconcerting. But overall it worked very well for our large family.

Great House

Great house and very attentive owner/employees. Only issue we ran into was because we arrived early. They want you to stay away from the house and driveway until the check in time which is completely understandable. Just something we've never run into with other companies. House, Pool, Hot tub, outside all were very clean and neat. The owner gave us his personal cell number in case we needed anything. Definitely looking to stay here again in the future! Thanks for a great week at the beach!

Great Extended Family Beach Week

Hot tub stopped working twice, and both times response to fix it was immediate. Some windows in bedrooms had no shades or blinds whatsoever, so the kids woke up with the sunrise (which happened to be on that side of building). Nice washer/dryer and well-equipped kitchen. Two fridges inside and one outside. Great location.

Because of Covid-19, we stayed in at night and cooked. It was not as clean as we would have liked, so we mopped the floors the first night. We joked that Chris should hire us to deep clean the place for a reduced rate! Haha! However, it suited our needs and was a nice, pet-friendly place in Cherry Grove. A relaxing, Covid-19 vacation.

Worth the money

Check in was a breeze and rental was clean upon arrival. The home was located at the end of a cul-de-sac one block from the beach. Beach access was across the street which was perfect for our stay. You are literally a few minutes from a grocery store (IGA), 7 mins to Walmart, shopping, beach restaurants, beach stores, etc. Kitchen was adequately stocked although we did end up buying oven mitts because none were provided and we opted out of linen rentals. Decor of the home was tastefully decorated with ample seating and room for the whole family. The pool and hot tub were one of the best features of the home. We had four cars but had plenty of parking spots. Only cons were that you can hear everyone’s footsteps above you if your bedroom was on the lower floor. This didn’t pose much of an issue as most of our family spent majority of the time on the highest floor until bedtime. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the unannounced visit from a security technician wanting to come inside but the office manager gracefully apologized for the unauthorized scheduled repair of their security cameras and rescheduled on another day (not during our stay). I would definitely recommend renting here and will probably do so when coming back to Myrtle Beach.

Great huge beach house for large family

This is one of the best beach houses I've stayed at (and I've rented all over the SC coast, FL gulf and coast). PROS: - Huge house - lots of rooms and bathrooms for our entire extended family - Kitchen - loved the big island and the huge dining table; our whole extended family could sit together for meals - Pet-friendly - The flooring and other touches in the house felt very pet friendly - 2 AC units - it was great to have the upstairs and downstairs set their own temperatures - Pool table - we loved playing pool during our stay, but it did appear to have a slight lean to it - Pool/hot tub - awesome! Big hit! CONS: - Floors - maybe the floor wasn't mopped before our arrival or maybe the finish on the floors, but everyone's feet were always black from walking around the house - Sound - the wood floors is a pro, but also a con. Sound seemed to echo everywhere, and footsteps were always heard on the lower floor - Porch benches - we loved all the porch benches, but there were some sharp nails where you sit. One of my daughters got a boo-boo and her dress tore - Kitchen sink issues - hot water wasn't running; water was off for more than 3 hours while faucet was being replaced; repairman failed to turn the water back on for dishwasher (we did it); after faucet was replaced, there was a major leak in the kitchen sink from the drain; both issues were fixed, but timing was bad with having the water off for so long. Overall, would definitely stay again. Had a great time!

Great House for a Large Group

We had a great time in Myrtle Beach. The rental agency was awesome to work with and the maintenance staff was friendly and attentive to the pool and hot tub. We paid for the pool to be heated which was worth the cost. The house was plenty big enough and was clean. I have 2 minor complaints about the house itself. There is no drywall in the entire house. It is all a wood siding material (not shiplap). Because of this the house is loud and noise echos like crazy. I would not want toddlers or infants in the house trying to sleep. My 6 and 9 year old could hear the adults upstairs when they were trying to fall asleep on the level below and we weren’t being loud. There is nothing in the house to absorb sound. I would suggest the owners hang tapestries or canvas paintings on the walls. This might help absorb sound. My second complaint is the only way to unlock the door is with a key. The doors lock automatically. This was a pain when you had different groups of people coming and going. We had to develop a system for handing off the 1 set of keys. The owners really need to install a door handle with a push button code to unlock it. But overall our experience was great and we had a wonderful vacation.
