WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? 2BR, 2 BATH. LARGER THAN MOST @ 850 sq.ft....
SPREAD OUT 500 foot walk to one of the few SPI beach entrances with restrooms and showers. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down stairs. Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and Josephine’s for Breakfast and Lunch or Whataburger for a quick bite. Beautiful decorated beach theme condo, gets you in the mood to “Get Your Beach On” and feel at home. Condo is well organized, clean and great space to come home to after a day at the beach or pool. Full access to the entire condo, you will have it all to yourself Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need local advice for dining or attractions. The commerce of the island is approximately 5 miles long and 1/2 mile wide. There is FREE bus service on the island called the Island Metro. Bus stops are conveniently located. Go this this website to see bus in real time and download app if you want. Plenty of scooters and golf carts to be rented if you like taking you time touring around. You can even take Segway tours. Plus it doesn't take much walking to get to many places. You can bike, walk or ride the SPI Island Metro bus that’s totally free. The Island is small and easy to navigate.

Break we needed!

Condo was exactly as pictured and described. Beautifully decorated with welcoming touches that you’d normally see in a hotel! Quiet condominium complex a very short walk to the beach access. We took this trip as a way of treating our 85 yr old grandma who’d never gone to stay at the beach before and it did not disappoint. Close to restaurants and shopping and all the necessary items you’d need or want for the beach and pool! A huge thank you to our hosts for opening up their home to us.

The space
850 sqf condo, comfy and feels beachy and at home.

Large Sectional sofa (sofa bed) that seats very comfortably.

Blow up bed is queen size and fills to normal bed height.

Pack n Play for toddlers.

Broadband internet approx 112meg down and 11meg up.

Full set of bath towels and wash clothes.

6 pool towels.

Hair dryers in each bathroom.

Flat screen TV's in living room and each bedroom.

Ironing board and iron.

Plenty of closet space.

Fully stocked kitchen has all the utensils, silverware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, containers, frying pans (even cast iron).

Small kitchen appliances include: Keurig Coffee Maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker and electric mini chopper.

Electric stove top and oven. Freezer, fridge and dishwasher.

Parking for 2 full size cars.

Guest access
Full access to swimming pool. (6 pools towels in condo)

Our place has a washer dryer and condo complex also has a shared washer dryer that’s pay for use as a backup.
