Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving
Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day
Day before New Years Day, New Years Day, and the day after New Years Day

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

SCAD Family weekend

Had a wonderful stay in Savannah for SCAD Family weekend. The property was very clean and roomy for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect location for walking to everything in Savannah. The parking spot out back was great! Parked and never moved the car all weekend.

Long Weekend in Savannah

Property was open and bright in a perfect location! There are a lot of stairs, which we knew being on the top floor, but located in a beautiful older home each flight was really long. We parked the car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Enjoyed our visit to Savannah and the property suited our needs for our stay.

Place is a dump. Management sucks. Air conditioning broke 3x when it was close to 100 degrees outside and took management 3 days to fix it. If you enjoy sleeping in 85-90 degrees then this is the place for you as well as walking up 4 flights of stairs. It’s on the 4th floor with no elevator. Total ripofff

Fantastic Girls Weekend

My bestfriend and I had a wonderful girls weekend staying at this property! Check in instructions are very clear and easy (although parking is on the backside of the house in the alley - which they quickly helped clarify to us). The property is beautiful and very clean. There are lots of skylights which brightens up the space but you may consider bringing a facemask if you are a late sleeper. The location is perfect, about a 10-15min walk to everything there. It felt pretty safe as well. The management company was very fast with communication and even checkin via text to make sure all is going well. We both can’t wait for our next visit back!

Enjoyed Savannaah

Excellent job of retrofitting. Great staircase for top floor. Great with moon shining on us thru skylight as we went to sleep. Woah! Tub was a bit slippery but we didn’t fall. Bathroom sink pretty impractical as it has no room to park all the ablution paraphernalia at night. Wonderful location

Great sisters retreat!

Beautiful location. We could walk wherever we needed to go! I didn’t know this when I reserved this property as I had never been to Savannah before. Property was great. The stairs are not for the weak! Pack light because you have to carry it up 2 flights of stairs, 20 then 18! Drive a small car because the parking is tight. It was worth it for the vacation we enjoyed together!

Great location not as advertized

Super cute, dirty and snagged rugs, lots of space. Mostly clean besides the rugs, lots of steps, no safety fire exit and no outside space. Had to walk around the block no access to back of property to take trash out!

Captains Quarters

We had a lovely 3 nights at the Captains Quarters! It was a big space, quite nice, and very clean. Lots of TV streaming options. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great — close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere. Since we drove here it was a big plus to have a parking space included! This unit is on the 3rd floor. We were glad we didn’t have to use the spiral staircase outside! Very nice well-lit staircase on the inside. The Southern Belle staff was just a text away if we needed something. I would definitely stay here again!

A true gem in the heart of Savannah

We had an amazing stay at this rental. It is located right in the heart of Savannah, near the square and cathedral and lots of restaurants and shopping. The building is beautiful and unique and the apartment was really cool. The bed was very comfortable as were the linens. The shower worked great with no problems. It was easy to maintain a temperature in the unit that we liked. Those are my main requirements for staying places and they met them all. We came for a SCAD day and were hoping this could rule out SCAD but it was just such a great city and school that my daughter is torn now! If you've never been to Savannah it is so worth it. Such an amazing, historic city, with beauty all around. Highly recommend.

Amazing Location

Check in was easy. The location is perfect. My husband and I were here for a few days. We parked the car and walked everywhere. This is a 3rd floor apartment with a lot of stairs, but it wasn't a problem for us. The space was so clean and nicely laid out. The temperature was nice inside the unit. The bed was very comfortable. Communication with management was amazing. We loved Savannah and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Not having regular windows wasn't an issue, there are 5 skylights and then the opening with a ladder incase of a fire. A lot of storage for all of your stuff! Great price too!

Great location, spacious studio. No pool.

We really enjoyed the location of this studio apartment. The room is really big and the bed comfy. The room is on the third floor so if you don’t like steps it isn’t for you. There’s also a lot of doors and a crawl space around the apartment so if you get spooked by all the ghost stories of Savannah may not be the best place for you.Two odd things- the listing title highlights the pool access but the pool is 30 min away. They say that in the description but still found that weird.- the management co only gives one bar of soap for the bathroom, that you have to move between the shower and the sink. When asked if they could provide another the management co declined. All in all, fine place to stay for a spring week in Savannah.

Clean and well maintained apartment in a gorgeous area.

The only problem we had with this place was that it was on the third floor. We knew this ahead of time but we were not aware there was no elevator and we both have bad knees. Also there are no windows or a escape route in case of a fire. You would have to go on the roof and jump to the next building. But everything else was fantastic.

Missed out on my first booking.

Myself and a friend were originally set up in a studio apartment on a quiet beautiful street. Unfortunately, the room was on the top floor and had a hornet problem as we continued finding them and didn't feel comfortable sleeping there anymore. Alternatively, we were given a larger upstairs duplex set up but it was horribly noisey from the traffic and someone was screaming or yelling (literally) every night outside. It wasn't even the weekend. It really dulled the experience although I know a bug problem is unforseen. Just wish we could have felt comfortable at our first place again... Perks of our second place was the proximity to everything in downtown.

Great location

The captains quarters was great, very spacious! It met the description to a T. It was in a great location walking distance to downtown and river st. It’s a must see! We will definitely be back!
