Escape to the beach! Cozy 1 bedroom condo is across the street from the Beach! Wake up to an amazing sunrise and enjoy everything the 7-mile beach has to offer. Relax in a well-furnished, clean, well disinfected, and cozy condo. Work remotely or stream with fast WiFi. Brand new kitchen, new queen bed and a new futon which will comfortably sleep 2 kids or one adult. FREE onsite parking for the first car. The second car parking is available with a request for $15 per night Short walk to the beach, the Pier, Amusement Park, & lots of places to eat and shop

Great place for families and pets!

Perfect location for a quick visit to the beach. It was easy for us to stay there and have our small dogs too.

Clean and convenient rental

Very clean rental in a good location. Owner was very responsive to an inquiry I had. Bathroom was clean and shower worked great!

Perfect spot! Right near the beach and walking distance to all the best places. Very clean and chill little place perfect for what I was going for.

No Towels, no silverware- no batteries that work for the remote- broken blinds- dirty furniture, no paper towels- no trash bag- tv on wall no plug- needs serious upgrade...... absolutely no sleep with the train- the building shook and train horn all night long

Great stay close to the beach

Everything was great . The oven didn’t work and neither did the tv but I did not miss those. Had a dog so yard at the back was nice

Cute and small… was not beach front.. no view of ocean, quick walk. People on second floor dump coolers out and everything comes through deck onto you on first floor.. Train comes through, not too bad. All’s in all not a bad place.

Perfect for the beach

Location is everything. However since the weather did not cooperate every day we were indoors for many hours. The bed slept well. The living area furniture was not very comfortable for hours of TV watching or reading a book, it needs more padding/pillows to support older adults! The kitchen is tiny but works OK, it just needs a few more items to make it practical, like 2 larger bowls, a colander, and more eating utensils, maybe even a pair of tongs for cooking bacon! The owners were great at getting back to us with answers to questions!

Pleasant, Clean, no frills.

We love this location, set back from the street and a short walk to the beach. Easy parking on-site. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, super clean, and there was a great private backyard, including a grill. New fridge, and bathroom were great, only, If all of the appliances worked our stay would have been better, but the toaster oven was not a good replacement for a regular toaster, the removable basket for the coffee maker was missing, had to improvise, and the stove was due for an upgrade. All of our requirements were met but this unit really needs a little aesthetic boost. Really now, just a small effort to creatively decorate this space would transform this blah space into a cozy seaside getaway. Lots of potential. Fantastic TV options too.

Buyer beware

The railroad tracks just behind the property was not the largest issue. The unit is not what I consider a condo, but more like an efficiency apartment. The unit was stale smelling upon arrival. It was humid so we opted for A/C which was very hard to regulate leaving the bedroom frigid. The apartment is ground floor, so the broken blinds and curtains that wouldn't close were a problem. There is not what I would consider a deck or porch and the parking is extremely tight. Outside all of these things we are pretty low key so we planned on just making the best of it. That is until the upstairs renters started fighting on night 1. Still, we tried to ride it out. Sadly , we decided to leave in the morning when we woke to 3 police cars responding to the situation that continued into the next day. We did not contact the police so someone else found issue with this as well. They continued fighting after the police left so we did not see an end in site. We contacted the property owner to discuss this after we left and when confronted with all this he offered us no remedy. He asked why we didn't contact him, and quite frankly if the police didn't stop it, what was he to do? In closing, be mindful of what other element might be there at the same time if you have children or nervous pets.

Excellent little place

Great little property. Didn’t expect it to be so close to the train tracks…but otherwise no complaints. Clean, owners very responsive, would stay again.

Clean, comfy place to stay

This place is great for a night or 2 close to the beach. But you'd probably want someplace bigger if you were staying for longer. There's also a train that runs at night (through the backyard from the way it sounded). That was a surprise.

Simple stay close to beach

We were looking for a no frills, clean, affordable option not far from the beach & that is what we got! We did have a couple issues that needed resolving & the owners were quick to respond and assist. We enjoyed have the out front patio, but def. Appreciated the house back patio- just have a feeling of privacy in downtown OOB was appreciated. It’s only a quick walk from the beach, not far from the pier, and we had a couple stores close to us. My husband did hear the train on occasion during the night; if you’re a light sleeper you may want to consider earplugs. I however did not hear the train as we had the AC & TV on & found the memory foam mattress was nice. We also liked the set up of the space- the bathroom was in the back off the bedroom which was nice. A full size shower was great, and we really appreciated having a 2nd exit out our bedroom to the back patio.

Would recommend!

Great property, and easy to access the beach!! Family of 4 stayed for a few days, loved easy access to everything. Parking lot was small, that was the only hard part. I wish we had some more bath towels. But we had a wonderful time there, perfect for a few beach days!

Great location to the beach and shops. Difficulty accessing key from lockbox due to a missing step in the directions. Small but perfect for a short stay.

Our stay

overall clean and plenty of supplies. Liked that we could rinse off after the beach with an outside spicket & hose. There were a few issues though. The air flow from the AC unit is directly onto the bed which made it cold when on but then too hot to turn it off. The recliner had a broken spring so we couldn't sit in it and the futon/couch was uncomfortable for someone to sleep on (very thin cushion)

Good stay

We did enjoy our stay at the place. It is very important for us to have access for my 2 little Yorkie to have a place to do their business 😀. This place is very convenient. I am only disappointed that I can't get a hold on to the owner, because the phone number was not provided in the email . And also we cannot take our Yorkie to the beach for a walk for the policy of beach the beach was changed. That was our only disappointment. But I will recommend the place to stay.

Great location

The property was only a couple of minute walk away from a beautiful beach, And .4 miles from the pier which made the location ideal close to the beach and just far enough away from all the hussle of the pier area. The apartment is modest and worked out great for us. It had everything we needed. They had a gas grill which we put to good use. I would also recommend jumping Jakes as a place to eat, great seafood great prices.

Great property

Great location, very close to the beach and the town center. We went at Thanksgiving so a lot of the shops and restaurants were closed. We used the kitchen in the apartment every day. It was small but functional. Easily able to prepare meals for family of 4. My son loved seeing the trains go by. We would love to visit again in the summer.
