Fabulous vacation

This property was wonderful. Clean and had all essentials needed. Only thing is wish top floor had ac it was so hot up there we never used that floor. Would definitely stay there again. Loved location!!

Fantastic Stay By The Beach!

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience during my recent vacation stay at your property. The place was absolutely awesome and felt like a home away from home. The proximity to the beach right next to the property made it incredibly convenient for leisurely strolls to the nearby restaurants along the shore. Even when the kids weren't in the mood for the beach, the pool provided a fantastic alternative, ensuring there was never a dull moment. The property itself exceeded my expectations in every way, and my kids absolutely loved it. Their happiness added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. In sum, it's a great spot, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable beachside getaway. Thank you for prouviding such a fantastic vacation destination!

The property has an excellent location. When we arrived there was plaster that had fallen from the ceiling and was all over the floor. The upstairs room had not been vacuumed.

Not a beach retreat

Access to beach not convenient, even though pictures show a large open lot. No layout of condo on internet, and that was a problem for partially disabled friend getting to bedroom. Clean linens should be provided each week, since each week is paid for fully. Property manager said "do it yourself". Kitchen utensils need updating, especially knives. No sheet pans. Frig, microwave and stove were fine. Parking was good. Beds were fine, though a bit creaky. No view of beach. Washer and dryer worked fine, but dryer MUST be vented outside. Lighting poor everywhere except rear stairwell. 3rd floor useless. HOT. Only one fan/light works.

Very nice place close to the beach

We had a very nice time here. The property is lovely. It was very clean and had plenty of room. The location is great -- walking distance to a beautiful beach where it was a little rough to swim when we were there but is great for walks -- and if you like to walk, you can reach some more swimmable areas. This is a great unit and we had a wonderful time with our two children. My only suggestion would be to replace the bed in the master bedroom, because it creaks Heavy sleepers will not be bothered by it but light sleepers might have a hard time sleeping on it. This was the only reason this review is not five stars. This is a beautiful, well-maintained unit in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean, close to the beach

Good place to stay for the weekend. Clean, well equipped, close to the beach. Communication was not very quick, but other than that we had a great stay
