Island Paradise Cottages, centrally located in Madeira Beach inside a quiet and secure neighborhood, and just off the main road. The cottages are just a 5 minute walk over to the very best beaches that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer, and you are in very easy walking distance of Johns Pass Village, with many excellent restaurants, activities, and attractions. Access to the bay for paddle boarding and kayaking is just a short walk away through the neighborhood, and you can catch the beach trolley nearby if you need to get a little further away.

Our little piece of paradise is perfectly setup for vacationing and relaxing with lush landscaping, an island style tiki hut for socializing and BBQ grilling, a beautiful heated pool, as well as a full inventory of bikes, kayaks, paddle-boards and games exclusively for our Guests' use.

Took my daughter on her first plane trip ever. I wanted to make this trip as spectacular as possible. This little yellow cottage was perfect! It has a modern, cute beachy theme that was the perfect size for us. We were in the pool every day and the tiki hut area was so fun to grill dinner and eat in. The beach is a short walk across the street and John’s pass is about a 3 min drive, so the location was great! So glad I booked this place! We will be back!

Awesome little place

Our family really enjoyed the location and offerings at this rental. It was small but perfect as we spent most of our time out. We enjoyed having access to the equipment (chairs, fishing pole, bike, paddle board, etc) available with this rental. The kitchen had everything we needed. The whole place was very clean. We would go back if given the opportunity.

Great location

Great location, very close to the beach and to lots of shops and restaurants. Nice, quiet neighborhood and when we had a mechanical issue, the property manager was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Overall we had a great stay. We have been coming to Maderia for 10 years and our first time at this condo. We wish it was cleaned more thoroughly. The best was very uncomfortable and hard.we had issues with the water in the shower turning immediately cold randomly and taking a few minutes to warm back up. Other than that we loved the location.

Florida getaway

Loved our stay, the place was perfect for our needs. We loved having beach chairs and bikes to use during our stay. The beach and many wonderful shops and restaurants all wirhin easy walking distance.

We'll stay elsewhere next year.

The property was clean and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. Our dissatisfaction was the result of a faulty regulator on the tankless water heater that was never resolved within the 3 weeks we rented the facility. We notified the management multiple times. They always replied promptly but their answers were always inconsistent. Initially, they were contacting the owner for permission to purchase a part. Then they said they had made an adjustment and hoped that corrected the problem (never let us know of this adj until we contacted them again.)Then they sent someone out to take a picture of the unit. They gave us a tenative date for corrective action. That date passed, so we contacted them, yet again. That time they blamed the plummer. We had to initiate any dialog with them. While the property met our needs we'll look elsewhere for future trips.

Perfect spot

Cottage was extremely clean and upgraded. We did not rent a car but everything we needed was walkable to get to _ restaurants, shops, etc. If we had stayed longer we would have definitely taken advantage of the bikes provided but we were just in town for a long weekend for a wedding.

Great area.

This cottage was just what we needed for this trip. We were in walking distance to many restaurants and to John's pass. We wish the tv in the living room was larger but over all a good experience.

Perfect beach getaway!

My husband and I spent the week at this cute cottage. It was perfect for the two of us. Was super clean and had everything we needed. Very short walk over to the beach and to John’s Pass. We hope to stay again!

over all things were good. liked the extra bonuses that came with the property. We had a problem with the shower temp. it would switch from hot to cold and back. I reported it and they said they would send someone to fix it but it was still the same.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

We LOVED our stay at the cottage. It was everything we had hoped for and more. They accommodated my request to check in the night before so that we could get our vacation started. The bed was so comfortable! The front porch was inviting and charming, pool was great, TIKI bar was a wonderful gathering space for us as well. Very clean, newer furniture, etc. REALLY loved this place and we will be back. It will be the only place we say going forward when visiting Madeira.

I would definitely stay again. The only con was the pool, which was very small, but it was very clean and would not stop me from staying again.

Great Couple Getaway

My wife and I spent five nights in the Tropical Sun cottage at Island Paradise. The corner unit was the perfect size for two. A comfortable living room area with plenty of room to sit and relax or watch TV. The TV is equipped with cable and Netflix. A small table is also available for dining. A small kitchen is attached to the living room with a microwave, oven/stove, coffee machine, blender and refrigerator freezer. Utensils provided. The one bedroom comes with a twin bed which was on the harder side but we slept well. There is a large closet with plenty of shelves. The bedroom has no dressers so you either use the closet shelves or out of the suitcase. There is a second TV in the bedroom. Both the bedroom and living room have separate air conditioners. The bathroom has a walk in shower. Attached to the bedroom is a back door which will take you to the small pool, two gas grills and a couple of sitting area's, one with a gas firepit. There is a comfortable front porch with couches and chairs. We spent much time just relaxing outside. The condo is in a neighborhood just a short walk from John's Pass and the beach. For the most part the neighborhood is quiet with the except of a few passing loud vehicles. It seems very safe and even though it's within walking distance of everything, you don't hear all the Gulf Boulevard traffic. The condo is equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella. Free kayaks and bikes are available from the property garace.

exellent stay

A great property. We loved the short walk to both the beach and John's pass, about 5 minutes each. The pool area was amazing, and we were thankful for all of the beach chairs and buggy we could borrow in the garage. We never got the spectrum cable working but didnt watch tv anyway because we were out on vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise!!

Such a lovely time! Place was beautiful, just as photos showed! Just a quick walk to John’s Pass Boardwalk to wonder around! Saw dolphins, fish cleaning, boats, birds, and all kinds of interesting people! Great food, cocktails, and shops! Would definitely do again! Thanks for the memories!!!!

Very nice condo and area. We walked everywhere near John’s Pass and Treasure Island. Only issue we had was the pool was a little dirty and our shower wasn’t working properly. We contacted the manager and they sent someone out to fix the issue as soon as they could. Overall great place!

Perfect Location

Great place in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We are looking forward to our return so we can use all the amenities we did not have time for.
