Set in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, it offers unbeatable convenience and breathtaking views of the Sherwin Mountain Range—only a half mile from The Village for skiing, shopping, and dining!

Step outside to the private patio to enjoy quiet mornings or starlit evenings. For convenience, there’s also a washer and dryer on this lower-level. After a thrilling day in the mountains, sink into the full-length recliner sofa or settle into 2 cozy armchairs to stream blockbuster favorites on the Smart TV For ultimate relaxation, step onto the deck for a soothing soak in the private hot tub, surrounded by breathtaking golf course views and majestic mountains. When not exploring local restaurants, take advantage of the chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and granite countertops, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. Beautiful and convenient townhome!

We rented this property for a fun, relaxing weekend of skiing. The property was described perfectly and was a very short drive to the Canyon Lodge gondola. The neighborhood roads were slick after overnight snow fall, but easy to drive with AWD. We definitely recommend this property to other visitors. Thanks!

Great family vacation home

We are a family of 6 adults and one baby, coming from all over the country. The separation by floors of bedrooms and bathrooms helped keep noise down. Hot tub was a gem! We had some minor problems, such as the top floor shower draining slowly and probably needing to be snaked, and wifi becoming intermittent at best by the end of the week. Those problems can and should be fixed. But in general, it was a great place. We saw 2 different bears wandering around outside our balcony, which the baby loved! There were plenty of pots/pans/dishes/silverware to eat meals in. Having dishwasher and washer/dryer was crucial and they were used every day. Garage and private driveway were also a big help for our 2 cars. It was too far to walk to a ski lift or shuttle bus stop with skis, so we drove every day. Parking is free on the access roads to the ski lifts, so we parked there and walked. You can pay to park closer, but we didn't. This was a great find!

If you're looking for honesty and communication skip this one.

The ONLY reason we chose this property was because they had a private hot tub, kind of a hard thing to find in Mammoth. We've occasionally had issues in the past where we showed up and the tub was cold, so I reached out to the management company, Natural Retreats, earlier in the day before we arrived, to check with them and ensure it was hot and ready to go, no response. We pulled in at 11:30 PM, it had been a long day on the road and we were ready to relax for the night, go to check the hot tub and to our surprise/ frustration it was completely empty, covered with dirt , and didn't look like it had been used in a long, long time. We tried contacing the MGMT co, a 3rd party afterhours co, VRBO, and looking for other places until 2 AM with no luck. Next day made repeated calls and left a message with the MGMT co. Again, no response. The next day we were about to leave when we open our garage door and find a car completely blocking the driveway, we were stuck in this crap hole. After knocking on neighbors doors and calling a towing company, to no avail, we reached out to the MGMT co one more time, and they actually answered! We told them we were blocked in, told them about the isssues with the tub, etc and that we wanted a refund. They said they'd get a tow truck out there and that "there was work being done on the house". (The uncompleted work consisted of no doorbell with bare wires sticking out, electrical outlets on the deck hanging out of their socket, uninstalled light fixture on the deck, hot tub decommisssioned, and many light switches not seeimg to work.) While waiting for the tow truck we started scouring the neighborhood and found construction workers a few blocks away that the car belonged to who moved it. We let the MGMT co know we got it moved, said we'd discuss the issues with the house and refund the next day when we got home, and left. Since then we've tried to call Natural retreats approximately 10 more times with no response. We are now having to escalate to our credit card company since Natural Retreats apparently has no desire to resolve the issue and contacting VRBO just gets us transfered to multiple people asking the same questions, and then hanging up on you after being put on hold for awhile. If you're interested in staying here because you want a hot tub or plan to reach out to the management company for any reason save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Thanks for your review, Eric. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the various issues you found upon your arrival, as well as for the difficulties you had getting in touch with our onsite team. This is certainly not our standard. We understand your disappointment that the hot tub wasn't operational during your stay. The HOA for the complex was trying to complete the siding before the snow, and had to disconnect the hot tub electrical from the house to place the new siding. The hot tub has since been repaired and is now in working order. We will relay your comments about the lack of response from our team with respect to a refund, to the appropriate individuals. Again, we're very sorry for your less-than-ideal experience, and we would like the opportunity to provide you with a better experience the next time you plan on visiting Mammoth Lakes.

Great place to stay!

The property was very clean and well furnished. They had some spices and a full kitchen so we could prepare whatever we needed. The open kitchen/living room was nice for everyone to gather and be hanging out together.
