Awesome view and location

Great view of golf course and location to town is perfect!The refrigerator motor was very loud when on and carpets are a bit stained.Would consider renting the unit again, over all very happy with the unit.

Carpet needs cleaning. The biggest problem we had was the master bedroom window was broken and opened a crack, which normally would not be a problem (we like fresh air) but with the poor smoky air quality we woke to a heavy smoke smell in that room only. We were able to go outside and push the window back in to lock it.

Spent a few days here at the start of the year and had a blast. Awesome large space, great amenities, and the underground covered parking was really nice. Would stay again.

Very comfortable stay!

Two couples, we all greatly enjoyed our stay. Unit was very clean and comfortable, complex was maintained well and very quiet. We appreciated the secure underground parking. Only issues we had were very minor. Enjoyed the hot tub but the jets didn’t always work. The queen bed in the master bedroom has the most uncomfortable and unsupportive foam topper that you sink into (IMO, needs to be trashed), but we just removed it after the first night and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great location

We have two young boys and they loved the easy access to outside. It was very easy to give them baths and the layout was perfect for families.

Wonderful Family Retreat!

Stayed here with husband & our 2 little boys from June 24-28 and could not have been happier with the comfort, location and access to this spacious rental. After a long day, it is so great to come back "home". We will be back for sure!

Wonderful place to stay

Very clean and comfortable condo. Short walk to green bus stop. From there it is a quick ride to Eagle lodge. All the comforts of home. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Spring Break skiing

Great cozy place for a small family. Kitchen utensils could use some updating and the master bedroom mattress is uncomfortably soft. We would stay here again if they got a new mattress. Location great to skiing.

Great central location

Comfortable for a short stay. Bathrooms and kitchen nicely upgraded. Open concept kitchen, dining, living room was enjoyable. Nice secured underground parking garage. Would suggest new cookware and mattresses. We enjoyed our stay.

Well equipped , very clean , great location However the Queen bed has an extremely soft and old mattress for our taste. Luggage racks or bench would be a plus to put luggage on So u don’t hvbto place luggage on clean bedding

This condo met all of our family needs and exceeded our expectations!

The location of this condo is perfect for any activity in and near Mammoth. The heated garage is a huge bonus and the utilities in the condo are excellent. The heat works great and the scenery provided a beautiful experience and relaxing break from our busy schedules. We will be back and stay here again!

Comfortable condo with an excellent view of the golf course; far enough away from the road with minimal noise; nice amenities; enclosed secure parking garage a plus. Have stayed in this unit a few times before and will definitely return.

Memorable Stay

What a comfortable and peaceful place! The unit is clean and modern. The beds are snuggly and warm and the bathtub is a jacuzzi tub! It felt great after a long day on the mountain. Loved the fireplace and the back area for kids. The space is perfect for families and is a two minute drive to mountain.
