We hope to go back someday.The owners are very responsive and the condo was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and we most appreciated the cart provided for guests to use to take chairs, etc. to the beach.

Great property, close to the beach, short bike ride to Alder beach access. All beach amenities are available at the condo for use. Very short walk to both swimming pools. Would stay again!

Enjoyable beach stay

The condo is clean and cheerful. Beds are comfy and the kitchen had all we needed. Liked having 2 master suites. Kathy and John were friendly and responsive. It's a winner!

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway

Great location. 5 minute bike ride to the beach!! Highly recommend renting bikes and exploring the island on all the trails. House was clean and as pictured. Beach towels and an umbrella would have been a nice addition. Would return!

Summer trip

The rental was well maintained and clean. Our main drawback was the aproximitity to the beach, which was no fault of the owners. We also wanted to let the owners know that the neighbors in the townhouse nextdoor to us were constantly fighting and drinking. This is not the owners fault, just want them to be aware so they can notify the community management. I don't think they were vacationers, but actual residents of the property. In this day and age you are never sure about safety. The townhouse is quiet (for the most part) and close to the pool. Beautifully decorated.

Evolve needs to Evolve

The property was fine, although lacking in some of the touches in other places we have stayed in the area. The major issue is with the Evolve rental middle management company. There is a lack of communication with the owners, so that questions cannot be asked/addressed. Information on the stay comes at the last minute, rather than being able to get information weeks in advance. The communications from Evolve do not even list the dates of the rental. It is very difficult to communicate with owners through this middle system. Rather than adding value, Evolve appears to detract.

Nice townhouse

Nice townhouse, well kept, quiet, comfortable. I love that they provide beach chairs and a wagon to carry them. Short walk to a beach that was not crowded. Love that so much of the island is nestled in the palm trees and natural settings. We did not have time to bike, but it would have been fun to cruise around the many trails. We would definitely love to come back.

Great property!

We had an issue with a few outlets and getting the cable working on the TV. The owners were awesome! Very accommodating and fixed our issue in a timely fashion!

Amazing Stay

This place was great for my family of four. The townhouse had everything we needed and more. It was close to the beach and near great bike trails. I really appreciate the place having a blowup mattress and a pack & play for my little ones. Definitely would stay again.

Spring Break in HHI

Our stay was great and had no issues with the condo. We arrived a little early (about 15 min) so we planned on waiting in the car, we could see the cleaning crew was still inside. The condo was decorated very cute, and had all the amenities that we needed for a great spring break family vacation. The two bedrooms upstairs met our needs. It was nice to have the washer and dryer available and the outdoor grill as well! We had stayed in the area before so we were familiar with the Coligny Beach area, which isn’t too far of a walk, but the instructions left on the fridge for Alder Lane Beach was an even closer access point. Our teenage kids enjoyed the pool access as well. There is lots to do and see on HHI. We spent some time out at Harbour Town and visited the lighthouse. We went to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Shopping at Coligny Plaza and the Tanger Outlets in Bluffton. The Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge was neat too but be ready with your walking shoes and bring drinking water. Oh and if you enjoy bbq food be sure visit One Hot Mamas. That was the best BBQ we’ve ever had!
