The 3 bedroom beachside unit has a spacious balcony facing the beach letting in the sea breeze and sound of the waves crashing at night. With direct ocean access and full facilities including outdoor spa, pool, tennis court, gym and a small basketball court to keep you entertained when you are not at the beach. For the kids, there is a playground located 30m and a skateboard park only 80m along a path, which leads to several patrolled beaches, shops, cafes, fuel station and grocery store.
Well-positioned and designed, the apartment is open and breezy and flooded with natural light, while remaining spacious and comfortable with all the facilities.
All three bedrooms have a queen bed, quality linen, fans and good space wardrobe.
The main bedroom has an ensuite, walking robe and TV.
The lounge room has a large TV and internet to sign in to your Netflix account and enjoy movies and entertainment.

Unit is on the 1st floor access by stairs Only - Underground parking for 1 car. Visitor car parking to be use for 2nd car if necessary.
