Entire house to rent within 5 minutes walk from the black sanded beach of Caldera.The house has its own entrance and consist of private bathroom with a shower, fridge and freezer ,air condition, free wi fi, kitchen and a living room with one very long sofa bed that sleeps one adult.
The bedroom consist of a Queen's bed, built in and a closet.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Kely, ze is een hele fijne gastvrouw. Elke 2 dagen kregen we nieuwe handdoeken. Bij aankomst stonden er allemaal lekkere dingen klaar, we hoefden nog geen eens gelijk naar de supermarkt. Voor hulp bij bezienswaardigheden, restaurants of het huren van een auto kun je bij kely terecht. Je wordt als het ware helemaal ontlast. We werden naar onze mening ontzettend verwend en zouden het iedereen aanraden.

Perfect place. Away from crowds.

The location is spacious. Kelly is a wonderful host. It was quiet yet close to restaurants and coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect short break

The apartment was just as described and perfect for our short break. The host was incredibly helpful. She gave us lots of information on what to see and do. The area has lots to offer whether you want beach, culture or food.

Perfect location with great host

The apartment is gorgeous. Kelly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She stocked up the fridge with many different options for breakfast including home made jam! She send many suggestions about excursions and places to visit and eat out! We had a great stay in Akrotiri with two great beaches close by! Many thanks Kelly!

Un excellent accueil

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Kelly qui nous a offert de quoi passer notre séjour agréablement avec des fruits, des desserts et pleins de petites attentions. L'appartement est agréable et très propre. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter des magnifiques couchés de soleil de Santorin. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Best location to relax

Kelly is the best host, her family's home is hands down the most beautiful. We arrived to a wonderful welcome basket of bread, cookies, a refrigerador stocked with her mom's homemade jams, figs and peaches from her dad's orchids. Akrotri is on the opposite end of Oía and Fira. Relaxing with its own small village vibe. Many wonderful tavern to enjoy.

Excellent

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkomliziert. Es steckt viel Engagement und Herzblut in der Unterkunft. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind nahe und zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir würden das nächste Mal ein Auto mieten. Wir haben viel Zeit verloren mit auf die Busse warten. Wir kommen wieder. Herlichen Dank an Kelly

Perfect hostess and Perfect stay

The apartment was very, very clean and very inviting. I loved the location. The Akrotiri area is quiet and relaxing. Kelly was absolutely wonderful... very helpful and informative as well as very timely in replying to any questions you may send her. I highly recommend staying here. I plan to stay here again for a future visit, if it is available.

Amazing Stay in Akrotiri

This apartment was absolutely perfect. It was stocked with breakfast items to consume, free of charge. Close to a bus stop, so convenient to hop on and off the bus... be prepared for a busy street corner because of that though. Walking to Red Beach was about 15-20min. Walking to Caldera Beach (our favorite) was about 10-15min. Walking to horse ranch was about 10min. The town of Akrotiri was the "quieter" end of the island but it has plenty to do. 10/10 recommend staying here. Book now! Host Kely is AMAZING.

Cycladic house

Kely was the perfect host, the property was spotless and well equipped. We arrived after 11pm due to flight delay but that was no problem for Kely. She also provides some provisions for breakfast which lasted us all week ,with some left. Kely also provided lots of useful information on places to visit/ restaurants etc. Our first time visiting the Greek islands and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Wonderful place in Santorini

For an absolutely delightful private place, stay here in Akrotiri with Kelly at her home. The place is extremely well kept and she was a great owner and host. The location is out of the highly touristed areas in Oia and Fira, so we rented a small car in Akrotiri and drove to all the spots we wanted to see. Kelly helped make all the arrangements too. She deserves 5 stars!

Nice place in Santorini away from tourists

Kely was always available and accommodate with our challenging schedule. Plenty of place in the flat which is well equipped. Large bed. Dedicated place to park the car front of the building. The location is near by the beach but you will take your car. The building is located at the intersection of 2 roads ; no big traffic in October.

Akrotiri, Ostria

Akrotiri is a very nice little place, with good bus connections to Fira which is the central station where all lines depart from. You also have close access to the Red Beach and Caldera Beach stands here. The accommodation met expectations very well and it is clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped and it is possible to self-catering if you wish. WiFi was good and worked without any connection problems. The host is very nice and caring about the people who live here, and is happy to help with booking transport and other things. I can very well imagine returning and staying here again.

Un très bon accueil

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Kelly. Le logement est très bien décoré et agréable à vivre. Akroriti est un endroit assez calme dans l'île et en même temps, proche de Fira et de tous les autres coins touristiques de l'île.
