The condo was great. Only problem was with the tv but otherwise it was very nice. Having an elevator really helped as we are all in our 70’s.

When we got to the rental and walked in, it was clean and look just like the pictures of course, we had some problems with the water we were still able to use the restroom. We just use bottled water to brush our teeth to wash our hands and anything else. luckily there was the clubhouse that we were able to use the showers for a couple of days. As soon as I let Leslie know, she sent a plumber out to check it out and to address the issue, she was very accommodating. And we made the best of our day by the third day. The water was just about back to normal and we were able to shower at the rental. It’s in a great neighborhood. Leslie made things right with us at the end and I would definitely stay there again. The host were very nice people..

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay. Well equipped. Very clean and updated. Really enjoyed the bikes. We have stayed at Las Palmas before but my wife preferred the layout of the unit. Great people to work with. No complaints at all.

Great location, amazing view

I enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed. I only have 1 warning to future visitors. The WiFi is not conducive with streaming, zoom calls or even FB. I ended up using my phone’s hotspot when necessary. So, if you are looking to work remotely while staying here, you might have an issue. Other than that, I loved the property. The view was spectacular and went on for days. And although some of the pool chairs were in need of repair, the multiple pools were fun to use. Definitely a fun place for a family group.

We are Art and Lesli Unrein. Lesli grew up in Utah and spent a lot of time boating at Lake Powell and camping in the various national parks. Art is orginally from Colorado and spent time climbing and hiking Colorado's 14ers. We both enjoy skiing, nordic and alpine, water skiing, hiking, biking, and traveling.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Several years ago we decided to invest in a rental property where we could maybe retire, but where we could also spend time exploring and having fun with each other and our kids and grandchildren. Our kids are involved in soccer, mountain biking, and come to St. George often for tournaments and competitions. My daughter and I go to the Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City every summer, so now we stay here instead of at a hotel. And, since we live in Northern Utah, we thought it would be nice to get away from the cold once in a while during the winter. The reasons we chose this condo over the many we looked at were the balcony views, the ability to sleep a lot of people, and it's location--close enough to St. George, Snow Canyon, hiking and biking trails, but above the noise and bustle of the city and highways.

We love our balcony deck views. We watch the sunrise and sunset, relax with a book, and eat out there when it's not too hot. We enjoy gazing across the valley to Snow Canyon and the beautiful red and white sandstone mountains.
