OakWater Resort is the perfect place for your family vacation! Gated community! Walking distance to Walmart!! TWO miles from Disney!!! This spacious 3-bedroom holiday townhouse can comfortably accommodate a family or group of up to 6 people. It has been renovated in April 2024: new interior painting, new breakfast area, new flooring, new 70" Smart TV in the living room, new TVs in bedrooms, new refrigerator, new washer, new dryer, new sofa, new lights, new AC! It has everything you need for a perfect vacation!

During your stay, you will enjoy this well appointed town home that has been designed and decorated to provide you and your family an abundance of luxury amenities and leaves you well-equipped to vacation with all the usual items you would expect to find at home.

 Perfect location: OakWater Resort is a superbly located vacation rental community, just TWO miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World and next door to Wal-Mart, also close to many other fine shops and restaurants. Universal Studios is less than 20 minutes away, Sea World 15 minutes, Orlando International Airport 25 minutes and Clearwater on the Gulf Coast just a 90 minute drive away.

 Safety: A 24-hour gated security, concierge services club house, OakWater Resort is a safe place for your family to stay.

 4000 square foot Clubhouse:

Inside: The OakWater clubhouse features a concierge desk where guests and owners can request and purchase things like car hire, attraction tickets and massage therapy. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a games room equipped with arcade machines, pool tables and table tennis. The clubhouse also enjoys free wireless internet access.

Outside: There is a wonderful community pool and spa. Outside the clubhouse area, you will also find the OakWater Lake which features a walking trail and conservation area. Children are not forgotten as they can enjoy a private playground, and a dancing fountain. There is also a tennis court, basketball area and a separate beach volleyball court.

 3 bedroom two story holiday villa (1800 square foot), this townhouse backyard faces OakWater Lake with both water and conservation views. New TV in each room. Extras include a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room.
First floor: living room, kitchen, dining table, breakfast area.
Second floor: bedroom: 1 queen + crib, 1 king, 1 twin (two twin beds).
Baby gear: baby gate, high chair, play n pen, and stroller, provided by guest's request.

Host response

We asked for early check the day of arrival and Tracy responded within a few minutes. We had an issue with the internet. Tracy responded immediately and the issue was resolved within an hour. Excellent host!

Senior Pool Party Stay

Located in Oakwater Resort the property met our needs well. When we had issues with some of the appliances, the issues were resolved quickly. The pool areaa is great with a group group of regulars there for the winter months. The stairs presented a slight problem for us because of our mobility issues. Overall we were satisfied but would look for a 1 floor unit for our next stay.

Convenient, quiet, and minutes from the Disney parks

One of the best off-site locations we've seen. Easy access (via code) into a gated community of townhouses. Solid build (no creaky stairs or floors), well furnished and nicely cleaned, all major systems work (AC etc), great communication from host, view of pond, easy parking in driveway or one-car garage, three widely separated bedrooms (#1 is down a long and z-shaped hallway from #2 and #3, providing privacy and sound insulation). Great setup for two couples or parents with kids.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. Very close to Disney parks, Walmart and many restaurants. Condo was clean, organized and comfortable. No problems with check in. Texted and emailed with host to let them know when we arrived and left and response was very prompt. Will stay here again if opportunity arises.

Great Location

I have stayed in Oakwater multiple times and will continue to do so. The units are all very well appointed. This unit was very nice and will continue to stay there.

Don't choose this one

The carpet was stained (a lot) and stiff with dried food on it. The furniture was broken, appliances old and partially usable, hole in door in bathroom upstairs, fan and light broken in bedroom (they did fix this but not notified in time of arrival and they entered while we were not there). Neighbors walk their dogs up to the back door so no privacy. Awful-Awful-Awful - do not choose this one.

Great place for kids and going to Disney World!

We were very pleased with this property. We appreciated that this is a gated complex for safety. The size of the home was perfect for our family of six. The kids loved the Monsters Inc. room and special play area with toys (blocks, books, etc.) We appreciated having the option to use the baby crib and highchair if needed. We were able to use the available strollers as well. We liked having a full-size washer & dryer. It's a beautiful home. The clubhouse was nice. We loved swimming in the pool and the kids enjoyed playing at the playground. This home is conveniently located about 1 mile from World Drive and it took us 10-15 minutes to get to any of the Disney parks. It's also conveniently located right next to a Walmart. Just keep in mind that this is a townhome and you're surrounded on all sides by neighbors that might wake up early in the morning if your family stays up late. Also, the property owner was easy to get ahold of leading up to and throughout our stay (Thank you, Tracy!). We give this property 5 stars! We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect house! Just as it looks

Very good area everything is nearby, house was very comfortable the only thing was that we couldn’t get the TVs going in any of the rooms, in the queen bed room remote wasn’t working and in the king room tv was just with no signal. Other than that everything else was good! Will definitely book there again if I make plans to go in the future!
