Beautiful tiny home situated on an 80 acre working cattle ranch. Gorgeous Mountain View’s with a pond. Close to Dolores and Cortez. Mins away from national park Mesa verde, McPhee reservoir And National Forest. Cute new tiny home with 2 bedrooms in loft One with king bed and the other queen bed and 1 bath . Pull out sofa in the living room . Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, air conditioner, tv. Bathroom with shower. Outdoor grill and fire pit Water is filtered but not suitable for drinking. Water bottles will be supplied.

Probably the most peaceful place I've stayed. Great location for a visit to Mesa Verde. Off the main road enough to not get any traffic sounds. Tiny home has everything you need and hosts communication was great.

This tiny house was situated on a cattle ranch. In the evenings we would hang out with the cows and enjoy the view of the nearby mountains. It was incredibly peaceful! Our dog loved the stay as well. The house had everything we needed. We used the grill one night which was a great option and we were close to Mesa Verde National Park.

Beautiful Tiny Home

Was located in a private setting. Very peaceful and was a unique setting having cows and horses in your front yard. Has a small fenced in area for the dogs. Has a fire pit, grill, and some chairs. Close to town but still in the country if that’s what you’re looking for. Definitely enjoyed our stay

Great Tiny House in Cortez/Delores

What an amazing time we had at this beautiful tiny house and property. The house was clean and was just what we expected. The views were awesome and the area is beautiful. Our dog loved running in the field out front. We were visiting for a wedding and I will certainly stay again! The directions were spot on. Thanks - Aaron Nelson

Lovely spot in SW Colorado!

My wife and I stayed here in June of 2024 with our two children and two dogs while we visited Mesa Verde National Park. It was only 15 minutes to the park entrance so it is a perfect home-base if you're visiting the area. The property was PERFECT for our family and such a cute tiny home. With the two adults, two kids and two full sized dogs we thought space might be an issues, but there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kids loved the ladder to climb to the loft bed as well!

Little house

Good property. Only glitch was in directions TO property. It’s said “ when you turn off 145” but did not specify WHEN to turn, I.e. 4 miles north of Cortez or 6 miles south of Dolores.

Unique adventure to stay in a tiny house on a working farm.

The experience was so cool, cows, prairie dogs, a badger and other assorted wildlife all around the area of the house. The road in was a bit rough but the location up on the ridge was beautiful. Could see for miles in all directions. The only thing that was a bit spotty in the tiny house was the TV reception via the Internet. Sometimes it was difficult to connect. However, I spent lots of time exploring the area around Cortez, so it did not make that much of an issue. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Location with Great Views

My family really enjoyed our stay in the tiny home. It was nice to have a place where we could bring our dogs. The kids didnt want to leave. They liked watching the prairie dogs in the field. It was just under 20 minutes from Mesa Verde National Park. We had everything we needed for our stay. I'm a tall person (6'6") so I had to duck in the living room and had to crawl in the bedroom. Getting up the stairs to the bed was awkward because of this. I expected this before we went, but it might be tough for some.

Wonderful Ambience

This was an amazing secluded tiny house. The property offered amazing views of the sunrise and sunset. The fire pit was a great addition to the beautiful landscape. After a long day at the Mesa Verde, National, Park felt like coming home. The house host was very attentive and responded quickly. There are a couple things that would’ve made this experience even better. The tiny AC unit had a hard time keeping up with the heat. Once everyone was settled in bed it cooled off. Couple more kitchen supplies. (whisk, baking sheet, larger mixing bowl. Metal Mesh insert for the sink to trap the food.) It’s a wonderful tiny house in the middle of a beautiful place and I would recommend staying.

Beautiful spot in the country

Exactly what we were looking for—space AWAY from busy life, while we explored SW Colorado. Incredible views during the day, gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, and really dark night skies for excellent stargazing. As far as “tiny homes” go, this one certainly utilizes space efficiently! Probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a short-term rental property! Gina was friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Probably worth noting, for any guests not accustomed to country living, that a little dirt and a few flies are part of the deal when you stay so close to cattle and horses. That being said, the linens, towels, counters and dishes were clean and appeared to be in very new condition. The kitchen was furnished with everything one would need to enjoy meals and a lovely glass of wine at home. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely not hesitate to book again! Thank you for being a dog-friendly property! <3

Amazing views!

WOW the views from every part of this tiny house were spectacular! The location is great as it's near water and several small towns yet quiet and remote. We stayed during very hot temps and the tiny window air conditioner struggled but the nights did cooled off quickly. Very cute and clean tiny house!

Great tiny house on a farm

The tiny house was clean and had everything you might need, including smart tv and internet. It is on the farm, but nobody bothers you; it is quiet and has wonderful view of the mountains. People you meet Josh and Ingrid, are very friendly and nice. Close to mesa verde national park. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family trip to Mesa Verde

Was a cute little house. Thought my family would think it was fun. It's pretty roomy for a tiny house, but the upstairs gets pretty warm in the summer. It would be nice if some of the windows opened for veneration. Also, no cows on property while we were there. But we did see deer. It was windy and they had fire restrictions otherwise we would have taken advantage of the fire pit.

Nice place to stay on a REAL working ranch. Read the listing……Good location away from town to unwind with beautiful views. The tiny house is nice with everything we needed. Owners were great with quick replies when I had questions prior to arrival.

We loved the tiny house! It was perfect for my husband and I on our honeymoon. The house and cows were so cute and the view was beautiful. Make sure to watch the sunrises and sunsets when you stay!
