This is a great little getaway home for exploring southwestern Colorado. The place has everything for your basic needs and the views are amazing. Due to it being small, it is great for having a home base when exploring the beautiful state

This is an exceptionally special spot—a high desert sanctuary in every way. Kate is a wonderful host, and the home is a little jewel box, full of thoughtful details and beautiful touches that made me feel right at home. What a treasure.

I absolutely loved staying here.CleanWell appointed QuietUnparalleled night skiesSunrises and sunsets to die forEasy access to the property The close proximity to Delores, Cortez, and Mancos made shopping for groceries a breeze!WiFi fast and solid!Of course Mesa Verde dominating the view off the back porch was constantly breathtaking.And though I didn’t want for a thing, Kate was responsive when I had general questions.

My girlfriend and I decided on a spontaneous getaway to Mesa Verde and saw this listing available the night before our trip. With little expectations, we were immediately blown away when we stepped on the property; the home was one of the most unique buildings we’d ever seen!The interior felt so homey and despite the small square footage it felt surprisingly spacious. The pictures of the interior accurately depicted the indoor space, but the views outside the home were far more amazing in person. The views of the stars with minimal light pollution, chefs kiss 🤌Adding this listing to our favorites and definitely planning on returning in the near future
