The home is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you have loads of resort-like amenities and activities such as:



- Pool, gym, sports court, and a jogging path around the lake.

- 14-acre stocked lake with a fishing pier and nearby beach for fun in nature with the family.

- Nearby restaurants for a family dinner night or an adult night out and outlet malls too.

- Great golfing in the area like Disney’s Lake Buena Vista and Falcon’s Fire Golf Courses.

Getting Around:

Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The home is 28 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Lake Berkley Resort community. Here are some of the most visited/famous places in Orlando and nearest shopping centers:

Other Things to Note:

- The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

- This 1365-square-foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a heatable private pool with a great view of the lake!

- This short term rental strictly cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy.



- If you're booking through a reservation platform where we are the merchant of record, a $300 USD security deposit will be charged before your arrival and subsequently refunded 5-7 days after your check out, providing no damages were caused during your stay. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the transaction.



Wifi, cable, parking, bed linens, and towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.



The private pool or Jacuzzi can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge and is only available for reservations of 3 days or more. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.



There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.



The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.



Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.



We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation



Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.
