Our three-night stay was Great. Good central location by the Beach in a quite area, at least while we were there. Ocean view is minimal however we did have one! Stocked with all the basic housewares. The cottage surely could use a carpenter to fit the room doors and do a few minor repairs. The kitchen sink faucet was a bit of a hassle. It worked very hard and we were afraid we would break it if we were not extremely careful with it. We would go back .

Cozy little cottage just steps from Long Sands Beach

It has just enough beds for us without being cramped. I enjoy making breakfast and lunch in the comfy kitchen. It's steps to the beach and an easy drive to all that York has to offer.

Just perfect!

My son and I had a little “mom and me” couple of days away and this was the perfect spot!Just large enough for us, but could definitely the rest of our family of four being comfortable here, too.I’ve been coming to York beach for almost 40 years and this is the best location I’ve had - I was thrilled to see how close to the bath house it was!The yard was just big enough to eat outdoors The owners were so friendly

Sweet cottage in great location

The cottage is clean and cute. The location is terrific - 1 short block walk to a wonderful beach. The hosts were helpful with information about the area. The kitchen had everything needed for a short stay with minimal cooking. Good water pressure and shower. We enjoyed our early September stay.

Best location

Cute cozy and functional, had everything we needed and more! Straight extremely short walk to beach stairs which thrilled our girls. Everything we needed was in the cottage from a pair of scissors to full ice trays. Got to meet Lisa and she was wonderful. We had a fantastic stay and didn’t need a thing while we were there, but I’m sure the host would have taken care of it. Thank you so much and we look forward to hopefully coming again!
