**PET FRIENDLY** Come and enjoy a memorable vacation with up to three other family members or friends at this top floor and beautifully updated villa at the Island on Lake Travis. Access to all the onsite amenities are just outside your door and include two outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool/hot tub and workout facility and finally tennis courts and outdoor grills.

This villa is the largest one bedroom configuration at the Island at 850 sq ft and boasts 1 1/2 baths and a large wrap-around patio with multiple seating areas and a private grill. The oversized kitchen is fully stocked, has granite counter tops, and has an adjacent dining area with hill country views. The family room is a great gathering place for entertaining with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, HDTV, queen sleeper sofa and access to the patio and a 1/2 bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an HDTV and an en suite bath with large tub and walk-in shower. Finally, the large patio is a wonderful place to gather, cookout and take in the lake and hill country views. Book now and enjoy later!!!

Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.

The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake. There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery! When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

Enjoyable

Nice quiet weekend get away. Owner was gracious and allowed us to check out a little later so we could enjoy a Sunday brunch at the restaurant located on the property.

Perfect getaway for two in a quiet condo on the lake.

Perfect getaway for two in a quiet condo on the lake. Easy self check-in with convenient access to covered parking. Comfortable bed and furniture with a complete kitchen and well furnished outdoor patio and grille. Third floor view was in the tops of the trees and very quiet. The host, Cam Woolverton , was very responsive to our inquiries. We would definetly stay again.

Lovely

Wonderful condo with all the necessities. This was our 2nd stay and we would choose to come back again. Our only complaint is that there were unwashed towels in the washer leaving us only 2 bath towels if we hadn’t done them ourselves.

Great Condo Rental

We enjoyed staying at Island on Lake Travis condos, there were many activities to engage in and the pools/hot tubs were very enjoyable. My wife went to the spa and had a massage and she highly recommends you get one and the lady that runs this spa was great. We had a few days of paddle boarding and went to a local attraction in Marble Falls called Hidden Falls a 4 wheeling park with a gun range. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay there and enjoyed how quite this place was. Oh, we were amazed at the amount of deer around the facility and even got to feed them out of our hands.

We've stayed on this location/property on prior occasions in the past and we love it here because the prior condos we've stay in have had a complete view of the lake. The only thing we would've liked is for this particular condo to have a better view of the lake. But to be honest, this particular condo layout is awesome! Super clean, had a small issue with electronic device; messaged owner and received a promptly response...much appreciated. Overall, I would definitely consider staying in this condo again.

Has really gone down hill!!!

We stayed in 3309. Check in was easy but the apartment was not clean at all, both TV's did not work they came on but that was all they did. The apartment needs a complete up date from walls to furniture and the bedding was dirty and old too. Blinds don't close well. Under the bed was dirty the bathrooms need serious cleaning. The whole property has really gone down hill. Really sad because it used to be so beautiful. The table on the veranda was broken the chairs were needing new cushions it was all dirty too. There were alot of barking dogs which was very annoying! It was convenient because we were visiting family in Lago Vista but next time we will get a hotel in Austin. I would never stay here again unless they do some serious remodeling and maintenance to the property.

Relaxing.

Very relaxing place, the pool wasn't crowded when we were there. You can take a walk on the property and take a lot of nice picture of the views.

Wonderful condo

Loved the condo. Is one of the best we have stayed in. Was just like the pictures. The wrap around veranda is very nice to sit and sip coffee and read a book. However the complex grounds and pool areas could use some upkeep. Also restaurants are 30 minute drive. Of note, lake Travis is very low right now.

Great cozy romantic getaway

Just an amazing place to travel and getaway with your significant other. You feel secluded but at the same time near many major conveniences. Great condo to just relax in and sit back on the balcony drinking wine and enjoying each other’s company. Will come back

We rented this condo to visit our kids and grandkids over the holidays. The location was great! Our kids live in Lago vista. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. There was a stain on the carpet in the bedroom. There was mold in the shower and the windows and window sills were dirty. There was also a musty smell in the condo. We loved the location

Amazing place

Unfortunately it rained A LOT during our brief stay but what a nice cozy spot to cuddle up for movies, grilling and sipping wine. And the people around the complex were very nice and followed the COVID restrictions. We can’t wait to go back! So beautiful and relaxing!

An honest review

Pros: Cam was very accommodating to my requests and responded to me ASAP. RE: moving my dates around, removing pet fee when it was no longer needed, able to check in 30 minutes early. Propane grill on the patio with a view was the best part for me (there’s also deer that roam the property!). Gorgeous courtyard, gorgeous view of the lake by outdoor pool. Cons: not super clean but not super dirty either Re: sticky spot on kitchen floor, dead gnats on window sill, towels with bleach stains on them Missing some essentials Re: some pillow cases, hand towels in kitchen (you can use paper towels but only one roll is provided), cutting board, no extra trash bags, no dishwasher pods/no sponge for washing dishes so had to request them. They were doing remodeling on the building next door which was a bummer with all the construction noise, lasted ~2 days. Larry from maintenance stopped by unannounced while we were in to collect trash zip ties from the patio which I considered disruptive. Shower head would not stay up right. Also, automatic trash can was not working. Other than that the space is cute/comfy Re: comfortable reclining chairs, lots of sunlight, nice surround sound. 1.5 bath was a plus. Nice sized kitchen Of note: D/t covid it was required that masks were worn in all public outdoor spaces and indoor pool was closed. Safety first.

Disappointed on actual place says to be what it ... is not...

When it was time to mk a birthday / anniversary dinner ... micro broken , oven dr broke wouldn’t close properly to cook dinner.. a fella came out @8:00 pm to chk.. yep micro not wking .. have to get a part .. yep stove dr broke... Won’t be fixed till next wk or ltr.. carpet stained (old) in master bedroom ..view was on the end of the Lk between trees on third floor had to dodge them.. rm 3009 don’t bother no one could remberse ant thing like sorry it happened take off price to accommodate for broken appliances/ could go on but not worth it just try to double chk on your unit I if possible before agreeing on line ...Nice weather nice people around ... visiting...

Nice place but needs improvements

The overall check in and location of the villa was great! Very easy process, affordable, great location, and lots of information about the property provided. However, our bathroom was left dirty with used soap bars, empty shampoo bottles, and a loofah sponge left in our shower. The shower head only stays up with one setting. If you choose a setting where the water pressure is heavier than the shower head, it doesn't stay up and constantly falls out of the holder. When you turn off the water, the holder immediately drops down and the first day hit myself and my boyfriend smack in the face. Learned my lesson after that and had to hold it while I turned off the water. Also, after one flush of the master bedroom toilet, it began to run constantly until my boyfriend had to shut the water off due to the excessive noise. The candles in the bathroom are all broken/ need new batteries. The oven door would not stay closed once you unlocked it. Tried to lock it while it was on and it gave a warning beeping noise to unlock it so we were forced to put furniture against the door to force it closed while our dinner cooked. One of the barstools is about to come apart. It almost broke in half after sitting on it once. Not what I wanted to deal with while on vacation. Also, the strict rules sent to us regarding noise and pool hours was not enforced. There was a large group of 6 people in the hot tub the first night yelling profanity and pretty much chasing off anyone who wanted to get in. This was well after 10pm when the rules clearly states it closes at 9pm and the limit in the hot tub was 4 people. One last thing is the listing makes it seem like you can swim freely in the lake thats only steps away. However, this was not the case. I was disappointed that we were not able to just relax in the lake without having to rent a kayak, boat, etc. Would've been helpful if the listing stated this so as to make other arrangements in advance. There isn't much around besides a few small stores and gas station so bringing food to cook is highly recommended. The closest large grocery store we found was about 30 minutes away. Otherwise, very nice and relaxing location. Would not stay here again unfortunately but still had a nice weekend.

Our first trip during Covid

The exterior of the Island needs a good power washing and the pools need a really good cleaning. Most people wore masks in the public spaces except for 6 guys in their late 20's and the 3 boys (around 14 yrs) that came running into the pool without an adult. Then proceeded to jump off the hot tub into the pool over an over again without caring who was close by. Our condo was nice and we enjoyed playing tennis and over looking the water. This was our first trip during this virus situation and we appreciated all the signs telling people to wear masks but there was no one from the Island to enforce anything.
